I've been a dutch fan for awhile now. And have experienced wonderful customer service in the past. But today I pulled up in the... line a few minutes before 10p and while they chatted and served the person infront of me until 10p rolled around. I pulledforward and was told "were closed". Never sent anyone outside to clear the line. This is truly laziness and bad customerservice. This was really something we were looking forward to as we work late most days. I love Dutch Bros! Last week I went to one with terrible ratings, but got the most amazing service. This one was the total... opposite! They had great ratings, but the service and drink were disappointing. I pulled up and was waiting for the lady to takemy order. She skipped me at first and she was taking everyone?s orders in a weird order. They couldn?t find my order when Ipulled up to the window so it just didn?t get better, probably due to the weird order the girl was taking everyone?s orders.Finally got my drink and it just wants made right either. Loyal Dutch customer here. Ryan was super nice at the window, drinks are always good, but why did the female employee behind him... throw liquid at my car (7/15/22 A.M.) as I drove off? Fast, friendly, great coffee drink. I got the golden eagle iced. It has white coffe which is unroasted. I feel like the drinks... are more clever then other places. Large variety. Drive up or walk up window. No indoor seating. Well worth a try. Read more
I've been here more than 3x and I really like this location. Service is good and the workers are pleasant to talk to. They... don't carry any food only drinks. There's no sit in here just outside sitting but with only 1 bench set. Another bench wouldbe nice. Read more
