This location is near my house I've been going here for years now and I love it. They're always so nice even to my puppies when... I have them in the car they ask if I want something for them. Usually faster than some of the other Dutch locations, but if the two lane is full, I'm avoiding the morning stop in favor of... Starbucks. I can at least guarantee I won't get stuck behind a 12 drink order at 630am. ???? Read more
This location does tend to be a long wait, but their employees are always kind and on top of things. Probably been over 40... times, and they've never got my order wrong. Highly recommend downloading the app and using the Dutch Pass to pay. Youaccumulate points for rewards, and you'll be helping the line move faster. Read more
Frustrating how slow this specific location is?. I?ve tried to give this place multiple chances but have ended up disappointed... every time?? there?s no walk up to even try to get faster service?.. 30-40 minutes for a palm beach black tea and a black icedcoffee?.. we got to the window and there was no apparent sense of urgency, with 15 cars in the line behind us, out of 5-7 visitsto this location I don?t feel like I?ve ever had a good experience. 3 stars because all the other locations are awesome?. First off I love Dutch and come quite often although I am from out of town and this is my first time at this location. The staff... was friendly when taking my order but the wait time has been really long!! I write this as I sit in line. It?s been 30 minutesand I?m still 7 cars back in the drive thru. I don?t know if this is the normal thing at this location or not. As some one who works at another Dutch Bros, I know this isn?t how the quality should be. Today I went back through the drive as... I thought I just didn?t order my drink properly. The second one was better but still off. After looking at my drinks I foundthere were grounds at the bottom and floating around the cup and there were white specks floating on top (from the oat milk Isuppose). Please double check your drinks before putting them out to customers. Other than the issues with the drink. The staffat this location is pretty great. Read more
