We love Dutch Bros - they hail from Grants Pass, OR ?? this location was a little short staffed but, they got our drinks out... faster than I expected and everyone was super friendly. I got the pumpkin caramel brûlée with almond milk and it was on point- I like theirs better than other places as it?s not too strong. Everytime I go I get great customer service. Guess what I went back this morning to get myself a tea. . .to start off with her... attitude was amazing, her customer service was even better, and she looked so cute in her beanie and that eyeliner she had was atotal motivation?????? The lady that took my order was friendly but the drink really sucked. Unfortunately, I ordered the tigers blood and it tasted... like straight water ???? I asked for extra coconut flavor and couldn?t taste any coconut at all? I don?t know if one location isbetter than the others but I?ve been coming to Dutch bros since they only had one location in Vegas. Quality has went waydown. Oh well. Waste of $5 Read more
While visiting Vegas we saw Dutch Bros and of course we had to stop. 3 only 3 people were ahead of my family of 4. We were... excited to see a Dutch since we are from Washington. Why did it take 8 min to get our drinks? Then when we did receive them THEYWERE WRONG!!! The gal working didn't know what she was doing! I'm very Dairy free And I STARTED THAT!! SHE DID DRINK 2X WRONG!!After waiting even longer, we gave up and all never go back there again!!!!! ???? $29 lost!!! Horrible!!! So sad for Vegas!! Read more
