first off i just love dutch bros. but i?ve been to several locations in the vegas valley and this location is the best. they... have the friendliest staff, they make great drinks, and the service is always amazing. although there are a couple locationsslightly closer to my house i make sure to choose this one because i know it?s always a better experience. our pup loves themtoo and they always give her lots of love. From out of town. Noticed the line of cars and asked friend why the long line for paint (Dutch Boy paint????). Anyway, decided... today to see what the fuss was about even though I'm not into "designer" drinks. Decaf coffee. Hot. Simple. Young girl outsidewith braces was a sweetheart! Don't know that I could have been that sweet standing outside in the hot sun. She was patientwith my lack of knowledge and helped me decide on a hot mocha with shots of decaf espresso. Having lived in Idaho & now LV - we?ve been coming to Dutch for 9 years. This is the worst DB experience ever. Long gone are the... days where customer service was the key at DB. 35 minute wait for two drinks - maybe 7 total cars in line - they handed us thedrink like this?She said ?here? when she gave them to us. I asked where was the rest with a slight laugh & she stared at me.Please train these people. Read more
