What happened to this location in the last month??? I used to come here to almost daily, quick line, friendly staff?(the staff... is the bees knees and continues to keep high spirits, but clearly frantic and understaffed) Now it?s my 4th time being here inline for over 28 minutes, with a line in front and cars lined up around the building?it?s 2022 in a recession, who has that kindof time for a coffee drive through? Please give these kids their hours back - you?re going to kill the locations? following 10fold. (Always apparent when an inexperienced c-suite exec decides to make budget cuts) This location is high volume in a verybusy area, no one has time for the corporate greed. Be better. Went today and the guy named Pedro was really nice and was patient as I was ordering 2 drinks and three extra drinks for my kids... and when I got to the window my little one got excited but I didn?t ordered one for her because she usually doesn?t finish itbut I told Pedro I wanted to order another drink even after I had already paid for the others and was nice about it and didn?tget frustrated or anything. Always great coffee and super friendly staff. Every drink I've tried is delicious, and I'll keep going back. I have not tried... any of the food, and have only been through the drive through. Still 100% love Dutch Bros! Read more
Dutch bros had my number the moment they added energy drinks to the menu. I come here every day I don't work from home- it's... been a much needed kick to get me awake. The team is so friendly and knowledgable, I never feel confused or lost. They have somuch on the menu, and it's all just astronomical. Ill definitely continue going here, theyve earned my patronage. This was a fantastic place! I was on a different side of town, but needed a pick me up. Dutch Bros had clear, colorful signage... that drew me in. I was greeted by two outside attendants who took my order and payment. We tried the hot mocha, dutch cocoa,and chocolate chip and cranberry orange muffin tops. All were delicious! The girl at the window was super friendly and took thetime to ask if I had weekend plans. I was blown away that she took the time to make the human connection. I'll be back soon! Read more
