First Dutch Bros that I've been to since my daughter introduce them to me that I've been disappointed in. They got the drinks... wrong there is a difference between ice and blended. And my biggest absolute number one pet peeve of all!! Is when you can't getsugar free correct. One of the reasons I love Dutch Bros is because I need that sugar-free alternative. However this time therewas no sugar free the drink that I ordered came packed to the hilt with its sugar. Causing an instant migraine not to mentionthat it was so sweet I that I had to spit out. My other disappointment with this store and maybe they had a bad day I'll givethem the benefit of the doubt but they were not their perky bubbly friendly employees. I can always give them a second chance ifI'm in that area. But I will be more cautious and taste my drink before I leave....so sad that is how it will have to be. Read more
I recently moved to the area and didn't have a dutch bros where I'm from so I'm unfamiliar with what the choices and drinks are.... I have yet to get to look at the menu board or order off of it. I have someone come to the window as soon as I pull in, theyDon't have a menu on them and just suggest things to try (I so far have only liked (2 out of the 5 suggestions) . I get why thecome to the window but I don't like blindly relying on them to pick the drink. I am half awake in the morning before coffee anddnt think to go online or able to look over menu while driving or have time before someone comes to take my order. The least personable Dutch in Vegas. The drive through staff is chilling outside with their friends, so when they take your... order they seem annoyed that they had to leave the convo- to work! Sorry I?m interrupting your conservation. The girl that washelping me then ask for a tip, I obviously tip, which maybe I should have after she just walks away. I rather drive a littlefurther than the one on Blue Diamond than deal with this chick. Also the fact that my drink doesn?t taste like what itshould. The two guys at the window, two taller guys were kind and quick. But unfortunately the beanie girl made bigger impact. Read more
Always the best customer service! They are extremely helpful and will take their time and answer questions you have about the... drinks. I never feel rushed, or like I am being a burden- they're always happy to help! I usually ask them to recommendsomething "Sugar Free", and they never hesitate to offer one or two options. Excellent coffee and fast service. There are other drinks to choose from like lemonade, Teas, and energy drinks but the coffee... is too good to pass up. They have different milk options, I prefer half and half, but there are non dairy options also. Read more
