I've never had a bad experience here and complaining isn't really my thing but I bought 2 green teas and I didn't want ice in... one of the drinks it was for someone else so they give me half of the cup filled with tea because the other part of the cup isfilled up with ice which takes over the drink. As a paying customer I don't appreciate my service. So basically she told me Ihad to pay additional to make the cup a full cup of tea but I have paid for two larges I did not want ice in one the drinksbecause it was for someone else. I explained it to her 5 times but it was still the same answer with her as I was explaining itto her she also "claimed she couldn't hear me". When you spend your money you should get your food or drink the way you want itand also I had to downgrade my cup to make the cup be filled with tea. Read more

All I can say is Dutch Bros is in a league of its own. Excellent customer service from being in line in the drive thru to... receiving your order at the counter.
