Love Dutch Bros coffee. My review is about this location. We walked over from shopping in the same area. Ordered 4 large iced... drinks from here. We ended up getting 3 iced drinks and a tiny cup with looked like an espresso shot. When my girlfriend toldthem one of them was not the correct order, the barista got nasty and said, ?No! That?s what you ordered!? Then had an attitudemaking the last cold drink. It was shocking to hear and see her get rude. This was our first and last time at this location.With other coffee shops literally next door, there is absolutely no reason to go here. That is, unless you enjoy being treatednastily by that staff. If I owned this franchise, I?d be embarrassed to know that your employees behave this way. It?s a directreflection of the owner. Save yourself from this treatment and drive one more block to the other coffee shops instead (or go toa better Dutch Bro than this one). Read more

They need to pay more attention to details. They do a good job, they're pretty speedy, but sometimes a drink is missing... ingredients. And I know there are alot of part timers, kids working through summers or college but that don't mean you do a soso job. If they don't get in a rush and pay attention to details, then this place will turn into a 5 star place. Read more
