The cashier handles everybody's cash then (without washing or sanitizing his hands) he reaches all the way to the bottom of the... donut bag before he puts the donuts in. There were 5 workers and all of them were just chatting even though there was a long line. Even the manager arrived and joined... in. One woman held up the line because she didn't get what she ordered because they ran out of the coffee she wanted and insteadof telling her about it or asking her if she wanted something different they just gave her something else. They also ran out ofmost of the flavours and barely had any donuts of the flavours they did have. Read more
Total failure! Dunkin Donuts? Not really. NO FOOD at this location except stale donuts. Does not accept DD app, not part of DD... loyalty program and no mobile ordering. Despite only servings coffee, service speed approaches glacial pace. Avoid, donut say Ididn?t warn you. Starbucks 5 min away is a full service location with mobile ordering and everything Starbucks offers. Read more
Waited 10 minutes in line only to be told they were closing (at 11 am) and everyone had to leave. No idea how their food and... coffee are because the service is so bad that I was thrown out. Read more
I?ve ordered the iced coffee with coconut donut and there is no difference in taste as if you order them in any other stores.... Dunkin? needs to improve their quality, uniqueness and lower their price. $3 for a regular donut is too much. Read more
Waiting to purchase coffee or donuts at this place is like waiting in line for purgatory. If there is a hell, it?s certainly... modeled after this particular store. Donuts are NOT fresh, coffee is watered down and management should seriously considerhiring an entire new staff because current employees do not know the meaning of the word: multitask. The time I spent in line istime I regretfully will never get back and I deeply regret my decision of ever ever EVER wanting to purchase something here.Save yourself and go to the bagel place ! Whoever owns this business needs to reevaluate employees working here. They literally refused to serve saying they are closed,... but it was only 1 pm? Sign by the door says 6pm. If you are going to close early, then shut down the gate at least. Read more
