Long wait times! The food was hot but the service was pretty mediocre. Like they didn?t really want to be there?
So I just left dunkin, they don't have fountain soda just bottles which is fine. I grabbed a bottle of coke and asked if I could... get a cup with some ice so I could pour my soda into a cup. They charged me 3.99 for a cup of ice even tho I bought the bottleof coke for 5.99!!! Who does that!? Read more
Don't bother with this place! Horrible experience! Staff got our order wrong, but that was not the problem. Should have been a... simple correct order experience and we are good...right?! Well NO. Initially, the young lady and two other staff members DID NOTwant to correct our order. We ask for the manager and, of course, no manager. Evenyually after arguing our case we got the ordernot without getting a turn-your back salute and walk away from the customer. Not sure anyone wants to eat after this type ofexperience, certainly not us! Hope this helps. Read more

Food sucks - overcooked cheese, super hard bread and no condiments. Rude customer service - they had absolutely no interest in... taking the order. They also marked up the price way too much at this Dunkin, simple cheese sandwich costs 10 bucks. Read more
