On the 08th of august of 2022 at about 06:10 am right early morning on monday a man employee of dunkin' who drives a silver... four door sedan was cursing customers outside in the parking lot calling the customers names very out loud like a gangster whowas asking the customer to confront him in a war that he would win this war by beating him up. The screaming of this employeewas so loud that it was very visible under the eye of your camera outside at the back door. All the korean owner got to do islook at the footage that lasts between 06:05 am till 06:20 am on monday the 08th of august. It is a disgrace Dunkin' has to hiregangsters to go to work at a beautiful company called Dunkin'. It is a complete waste. Read more
It is so rare that your order is ever right at this location. feel like the workers don?t listen to the customers when the order... is being placed. There?s always something wrong with the order every single time. We even have a bet going if I?m with otherpeople in the car that the order will be wrong and sure enough there is always something wrong with the order. The employeesneed to be more attentive and have better customer service with the customers that actually give them job security! Read more
This is one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. Staff are simply slow minded. They can only take 1 order at a time and then... deal with the person at the window. They are constantly running out of donuts or getting my order wrong. They have lots ofemployee turnover. Read more
Disappointed! I came in to buy iced coffee, Donuts and a sandwich. The iced cappuccino was not even full to the top so I felt... like I didnt get my monies worth and it tasted bland. Everything else I ordered was average. Read more
Usually the Dunkin I stop by before work. Ordered my food on the app 5 minutes before I arrived at the location for pick up... inside. Waited additional 15 minutes inside for my food (avocado toast and hash browns). This has happened a couple of times atthis location. Staff friendly but productivity low. Read more
One time I went there and they didn?t have doughnuts, it was at 630 and they open at 6am. it?s near my job so I gave them... another chance I went this morning and they didn?t have bacon?I ordered an iced coffee and I got some nasty thing that tastedlike 12 pumps of Carmel and a little milk?I?ve never complained before but even my hash browns were soggy. Asked for no egg/cheese but still expect a great sandwich considering it?s the same price no matter what. To my surprise this is... what I was given. I already had drove away and definitely not worth going back due to the wait in the drive thru. This was our first visit to this location and it did not disappoint. I ordered a Chai Latte with Almond milk and it was... delicious! We also ordered some Munchkins to share. The plain and the chocolate cake are my favorites. My husband got thepumpkin spice Latte. I have not tried it, but it smells heavenly. All of the young people working here are very friendly andwork quickly. No complaints. Read more
