Coffee was good but the service is terrible, walked in and stood behind 3 people for 18 minutes ( we all waited while the... workers did idk what because the drive thru only had two cars pass through as well ) , then had to wait another 15, just for asimple coffee. I have gone to this location multiple times since I live close and I?m hoping one day it will get better! Always check your... order before leaving because I don?t think my order has ever been correct. I don?t know if it is because they are a busylocation, but I don?t have a large order or anything like that! Sometimes I will do a mobile order a few minutes before I getthere so they have a little more time to get everything ready and they have still gotten everything wrong. ???? I?m only givingtwo stars as the bagel bites have been nice and warm the last few times. The picture below shows again why you should check yourorder. Not sure if it?s a phase, but Dunkin?s been tasting so good lately and so we?ve been here at least once a week in the past... month. This location is the ONLY location on this side of Vegas that has consistently friendly and attentive employees and forthat I am grateful and will only give my business to this location even though it?s not close to my house. Understaffed. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, no one answered. Went inside, it was very busy. 3 people upfront, 1 making... food in the back. 10-15 minutes for food. The girl threw our donuts in a bag. Half of them had no frosting on the top because itgot stuck to the bottom of the one's on top of them. Pretty disappointing. Read more
