The employees are doing a great job, especially when things go wrong. You can tell you have a solid team when things just... aren?t working but they preserver. I know how tough it is and how poeple can be rude. Both Friday and today, your teamrocked. I would ask though, when something isn?t working, can you put a sing up at the beginning of the drive through. Sincethe drive though has that curve often you can get stuck because once you enter you are committed to stay in line. It would bebetter if we could see the issue before pulling in to the drive through. Read more
You can never go wrong with a glazed donut from Dunkin Donuts. I went thru the convenient drive thru. The staff was polite and... helpful. I purchased 2 donuts. They were delicious and I especially loved the cute 2 donut holder box. Read more

After not moving in the drive-through line at 8:35am, I reversed and went inside. It took 11 minutes for just one coffee. At... first he messed up and had to remake it. And then he handed it to me with a lid not on and it spilled. I made a comment and said?hey next time make sure the lid is on your coffee before you hand it? & the older lady yelled to me ?well he's new? and I saidwell you guys have to work on your speed and accuracy as well. And she said ?well, if you don't like it don't ever come back? asshe yelled as loud as the whole store could hear at me. Which is completely unprofessional and just disgusting behavior. Smh Read more
I understand the hospitality industry isn?t the best. But when every part of my order is completely wrong and poorly made I?m... going to issue my concerns online. Half dozen donuts that were poorly made and weren?t even what I asked for. This store usuallygets my order correct every time I?ve came here. Please fix these issues as this quality seems deliberate. terrible, went around 7:30. got my food in drive thru at 8:10. the hash browns were cold and soggy. the tortilla on the... breakfast burrito was rock hard. the bagel was burnt and they forgot my cream cheese. my latte was the only thing made right.never returning Read more
This place used to be one of my favorites. Service is so bad now that i wont be returning. My last three orders were missing... items or i got something completely different. Clearly they are scraping the bottom for new hires and management. Too bad. There are plenty of other options out there for donut places. Good luck. Read more
