Love dunkin coffee. This establishment leaves little to be desired. I'm not blaming the staff... but I do blame management.... You can see a lot of staff is undertrained and not given the proper guidance. I hope they get rid of the manager and hirepeople who will train and guide the staff properly. Read more
I typically am not a fan of doing reviews, however, this particular Dunkin location is literally hit or miss. For instance,... today I ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato with an added shot of espresso. What I got instead was what seemed like an icedcaramel macchiato with not even a full shot of espresso. Not to mention, I paid $7.00 for a coffee that was not drinkable. Whatis your training procedure? You literally have the info for the order printed out on the cup and still do not come close. If Iwanted a sweetened milk drink instead of coffee, I definitely would not have ordered an iced caramel macchiato. This same thinghappened last Saturday morning. Is it a Saturday morning thing? I am beyond disappointed and feeling as if Dunkin charges allthis money for coffee, etc. and do not re invest for training of their employees in which is incredibly sad. I've never been a fan of this place. I always thought the donuts were dry and seemed old even early in the morning. I once got a... breakfast sandwich that was a sausage slapped on a raw english muffin. But the last time I went will be the last time I ever go.I can see why they finally just took the "donuts" part off the name. Terrible, small, and over priced. The girl at the drivethru had no customer service skills either, or she just didn't care to use them. Maybe the coffee is good? But I doubt it makesup for what is lacking. Read more

Inside was clean but it felt like staff did not want to be there. We walk in with our 16month old baby and nobody came to the... counter to greet, no smile, no acknowledgement nor had 2sec to say hi to my baby and My baby was trying to wave at them but theyjust did not care. This Dunkin location is never open when it?s supposed to be. I just drive 20 minutes across town to get breakfast from Dunkin... and they have signs up stating that they weren?t going to open until 6:30am. How about you change your hours online and on yourdoors to match the actual times you do business. Read more
Understaffed. Weren't allowed inside because of staffing. Drive thru only. 10+ cars in line. No thanks. Not on a Sunday. Plenty... of other places to go. Read more
