Worse experience ever is with Doninos. I was using the App to place and order with a gift card. The gift card balance was... $100.00. I placed the order, and the screen read error occurred. Well it completely defunded my gift card. I called the storeand was told the order had to be cancelled, because there wasn?t any food in the order. They said after the order was cancelledI would receive a full refund. This was three days ago. I still have not received a refund. I called corporate, they couldn?thelp, I?ve put in tickets and have been run around in circles.I was also told to respond to an email. But the email address wasa noreply email. So I am out of $100.00 and a few hours of my life that I?ll never get back trying to correct this. I will neverdeal with Dominos again. It?s the hardest thing in the world to get a refund back with them. Oh yeah I forgot to mention thatthis all happened, because of a system error that they knew about or knew that was happening. This Domino's is the BEST one! Abby took our order and she was the most iconic person ever. 11/10 recommend.
Really wish I could give zero stars. My husband placed the order through the app. First you have no ham for my son's Hawaiian,... fine, we can deal. But then an hour later my order is still on prep. Call the store and spend an hour on hold before finallygiving up. Because the order is still in progress we can't even cancel it. Luckily it wasn't paid for yet but if it ever showsup it won't be. Ordered, It took JASON whos also the "manager" a hour according to the tracker to just put the food in the oven when the... delivery time was 30-40mins. At that point I tried to give them a chance, because last time I was told they where short staffed.Well then food said it was waiting for the quality check and soon to be delivered. 30 mins after still nothing. Called andcanceled the order, the guy who answered tried to assure me it was on the way and just went out the door. Sorry, I don't havetime to wait for other people to try to do the job they got hired to do in a timely manner. They don't pay attention to theorders coming in it seems. Read more
Horrible. Idk what happened to Dominos but I?m switching to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. It used to be good and the portion was big... but now their wings just became ridiculously small. And we ordered a ?DOUBLE? cheese pizza not extra but double cheese! And wegot the pizza the cheese was less than regular it was not cheesy at all. Just horrible. And the sauce for the wings? It wassuper dry there was barely any sauce. It?s like Dominos is broke they cut down on their ingredients. Read more
