This location will accept your online order serve your pizza messed up undercooked always an issue everytime I order here... drivers are nice but the restaurant never answers the phone and their customer service is terrible I've waited on hold for over30 minutes hung up on told there's nothing they can do to fix my order. The worst dominos I've ever ordered from and I didn'thave high expectations in the first place after they failed to resolve my last issue I gave them a chance again and literallyended up having to cook my own pizza because it was so undercooked and soggy and doughy. On top of it they never answered thephone and kept putting me on hold to no answer made a report to corporate and they still have not reached out to resolve any ofmy issues. I did the order online, the page told me that is going to take 25 min, the order was a one medium pepperoni & mushrooms, one... medium Philly and green peppers & cheese bread, after 35 min the page told me that my order was ready I got in to the store andwas nobody at the front desk, after about 5 min a girl came to me and she check for my order but this was no ready, I waitedfor about another 10 min, finally another girl give my order ( she never show me the pizzas, since my family was hungry waitingat home I don't checked my order) the store start to be with lines to pick up and order, when I got home and open the boxes thepizzas was wrong, I stead to have pepperoni & mushrooms I got pepperoni and pineapple, instead to Philly and green peppers I gotPhilly with jalapenos on half and the other half was Philly and pepper chinos, as well the pizzas was ugly, I returned to storeto get the right pizzas but the waiting time was over one hour, bad service, ugly food !! The pizzas have gotten slow the guy at counter was amazing my cuzn ended tipping him a few days ago when I order 8 pizzas they... were pretty fast not as clean as I wish they would be but hey they are holding it down and keeping the doors open so in thatcase they get 10 stars for showing up and everything was fresh and amazing ???? so thanks ya I just wish they would have addedit to my account to get my points @nuyoucare Read more
Better than I expected at this location. Service was good pizza was average; overpriced and undertopped.
