Will never order from here again. Extremely poor customer service. Don't straight up lie to me about my order. Tell me one... thing, put me on hold, come back and tell me and tell me another story. Then give me policy. Which you didn't follow. And alittle idea, if you're going to call customers from personal phones, leave a flippin message. I've never had a bad experience with this location. My pizza is always on point. I disliked the pizza ???? because it was cold... and burnt, but the manager took good care of the situation, and I appreciate that. It was Halloween Eve. I could see why thishappened. I will still continue to go and do recommend this location. One bad experience doesn't mean it always happens becauseit doesn't. Best pizza ???? ???? and location on Decatur and Hacienda. Read more
Call center in the Philippines took my order and the best offer they would make was 2 medium pies for $37. Tried to call to... cancel and can’t get to a live person. After the 3 time on hold they disconnect. NEVER AGAIN!!! Your loss Read more
My order was completely wrong. I was hung up on twice. And when I finally got someone... They gave me the number for another... dominoes that didn't take my order. The pizzas were under cooked, if you don't like pepperoni on your pizzas you'll find mushrooms, onions, etc wanting on other... selections, the assistant manager is argumentative, adds verbiage never said, wanted to charge me 42 dollars for 2 mediumpizzas, hence the argument, selective hearing,up note, he did credit, not charge my card because of my complaint and my threatening to call corporate. Love this Dominos pizza. Signed up for the piece of the pie rewards and got a medium and large pizza. For $9 definitely worth... it to sign up. Even without signing up. They have a deal for 2 large 3 toppings each for 7.99. Can feed the whole family forless than 20 bucks Read more
This location is notorious for getting order wrong but they at least gave me credit for a pizza in the future. However when I... went to collect on it, I found out was a false offer since they have no record of this thru my number. So thats dominos for you.Don't expect to get ur order correct here, my boyfriend had already tried warning me about this location. Oh well, I just won'torder delivery from here anymore.
