Del Webb location has always been one of the superior Dominos locations up until a few months ago. Definitely has gone downhill.... Drivers are always pleasant, but service and food quality suck now. The new GM they have is a joke! She is incrediblyunprofessional. Who is letting her run her own store? She has no customer service skills, employees are in the back playingvideo games, unbelievable. I?ll never work for this place again. They treated me really bad. I only worked a week. They cut me off the schedule and deleted... my portal to log in. I told them I?m free and they didn?t put me on schedule . Instead told me to go to other locations when Ispecifically wanted that location because it?s close to my house . The management gave me attitude and claimed I did somethingwrong when I didn?t do anything wrong . I recommend never to work at this location the management is beyond disrespectful andtreating people like dirt . I?m sure they do the same with their customers. It?s wrong ! Read more

Take a look how dominos takes care of their customers and feed them. bread and a little strand of meat. when we try to call and... connect to them they hang up on us and tell us to figure it out. this will be going to higher compliant on the official websitenext. so we?ll make sure to take note of whoever was on today?s shift @ 630. I order pizza from Domino's all the time sometimes in very large orders and I have had some issues with the managers in this... attached recording located at 8532 Del web blvd ste 116 Las Vegas Nevada 89134. I'm not saying my food is damaged on purpose butit seems like now that they have seen where I work as I have picked up my pizza in uniform at the store and at home, I am nowreceiving poor service, no matter how big a tip I leave. My recent transaction is why I feel the need to say something. Iordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas and cheese bread. My order had my garlic sauce opened and somehow dumped on the pizza boxes nowas you can hear in the recording I am a little upset because this is not the first time something like this has happened and soI called and was only further disrespected, by the end of the call the manager Sarah says I will have a credit next time Iorder. I attmpted to use said credit a couple nights ago and was refused the replacement due to the fact she the manager did notwrite down the credit as you can clearly hear in this recording. Now today February 22nd I attempted to redeem my credit @ 11amand even played the recorded phone call that clearly states Sarah as well as another manager Amy are going to replace my orderbut the employee named Jacob informed me there was no manager working at the time nor was there a credit on my account so onceagain I was refused my credit. Look do yourself a favor and right up the street in the smiths shopping center is a pizza hut andthey have always been on point as far as not messing up the order. The next time my department places a large order " over 20pizza's" I'm taking my business to pizza hut not to mention they offer a law enforcement discount and a military discount. Gosomewhere that cares about your service. I will say they get busy at night and it's probably better to pick it up but u save alot by doing this as well. Read more
Domino's did great for us the other night. Solid service and good pizza. AND they offer gluten free pizza. #applause
This shop is very hit and miss on the toppings. If they make a mistake they are quick and polite to offer a solution which is... great. However, there is no consistency in the amount of toppings on the pizza. I order the same pizzas once a week, hugedifferences. This last order one of the pizzas was so full of toppings it was mountainous, the other was a large pizza that Iordered extra sausage on and I counted about 10 pieces of sausage total.
