Manager ?Nick? is awful and has no business as a manager or anything in customer service! I waited nearly two hours for my pizza... with four phone calls to dominos and speaking to multiple people trying to figure out where my pizza was? I had guest that wherevery hungry including me. Finally I asked to speak to the manager ?Nick? and he was very rude on the phone and told me I stillhad to pay for my two pizzas after waiting almost two hrs that haven?t even been started yet. I?ve been in the hospitalitybusiness as a bartender and a waiter for 15yrs and if anyone has to wait two hrs for there entrees it would be comped ?free?Nick was extremely rude to me over the phone and made me feel belittled and stupid. I?ll never order from dominos pizza again.Shame on you Nick because I like the pizza but you have ruined my experience. Read more

The pizza is fine, but the service is not great. Multiple issues with online and phone ordering, late deliveries, and with... curbside they stopped the 2 minute timer and then never even brought it out. Edit: moved to 1 star, I'm not ordering from thislocation anymore. Horrible service. Read more
The service is alright as far as customer interactions and speed of service for pickup. My problem here is that they make the... order incorrectly for me a majority of the time. I order through the app and always select ?NO garlic seasoned crust.? Thatflavoring is the default and seems to be popular, which is probably why they always mess it up. I once complained to the managerand got a replacement, and another time the crew caught the mistake on their own and gave me a free drink for waiting longer. Idon?t want to have to correct them and demand a replacement. This is too bad because everything else has been fine for me atthis location. Read more
Got to dominions and was waiting in my car for curbside pickup but had to wait probably 5 minutes - no biggie. But then they... came out with my pizzas but only had 2 of the 3. The guy went back in to find the third but eventually came out saying it wouldbe a few minutes because they?d missed it on the order. He did take back my other two pizzas to keep them warm while they weremaking the others. But I was sitting waiting over 30 minutes. I finally called the store and the girl on the phone checked theorder and said she had it right there and would bring it out. She brought them out to me but didn?t apologize for the wait untilI stressed that I?d been waiting so long (while I?m sure my done pizzas were just sitting inside.) She was pretty dismissive andsimply said ?sorry and thanks for you patience? while she walked away from my car. Poor communication, poor customer service. Iknow they were busy but the fact that no one was assigned to make sure that a messed up order was taken care of and the customerwas made to feel like Domino?s had ?made it right? just doesn?t sit well with me. I ordered two medium pizzas; 1) Meat lover?s 2) Extra Pepperoni, with a Fanta. I received two pizzas but it had less pepperoni... than a regular pizza. So, just triple check your order and go pick it up. Read more
