The food is good but the customer service is garbage. I was told by two workers if I want my food I will wait, mind you I... ordered online and got here and still waited another 15 minutes after I was told it was ready. Maybe hire some people thatactually care about the customers not just making money and making your company look bad. Not only that while I?m sitting herewaiting for my food the phone must of been ringing for at least 5-10 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Mind youthere?s 5 people working here now and only one worker on the pizza line. I?m not sure his name but I?m sure it was themanager(big tall guy with a man bun) who was talking subliminal about the customers. But couldn?t say it to the customers faces.And also by another worker, white kinda heavy set girl. Maybe make them wear some name tags so we know who they are. Just lookat this worker in front of everyone on her phone while I wait for someone to come up to me to give me my order ???????? UPDATEI would never recommend this location to anyone. Purchased a pizza and it was so dry super light cheese like it was sitting there for a bit. Called to get a replacement my Lil... nephew ate 3 pieces of it already he's only 6 years old I went to see I was like wth this pizza is not a pizza. General Mangerwas horrible hung up on me and all . Mind you I hate having to call and complain but this is truly unacceptable. Just want tosay the General Manger needs not to be a General Manger. Placed an order in the app an hour before closing time & had to call the store to request for extra light cheese on my pizza... since the app doesn?t let you put comments/special requests in your order. Called 5 times, one time I let it ring for 10 minutesas I was walking into the building - still no answer. The employee straight up told me to my face they don?t answer their phonesan hour before they close. So even if you?ve already ordered in the app and need to talk to an employee about your order - sorryabout your bad luck, I guess ??????? Read more
On more then 3 occasions I order a delivery here, and everything they bring it, the pizza isn't even cut. We had to cut it with... a knife and since they also do it so thin, the pizza completely broke. We let it slide the first two times but this iscompletely ridiculous. They have a daily special of a large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 + tax. I get thin crust, 2x pepperoni & banana peppers cut small ... (squares). The crust isn't like a cracker as some are.... it's just right! Totally YUM & feeds me for two meals. (Pic is theamount saved for my second meal.) Two months later....am still getting this pizza & it is STILL yummy! Now when I call toorder they know my name. Ha! Nice people! Read more

I order over $50 worth of food and they had the audacity to put a half wing in my 8pcs order. I called and spoke to the manager... Dalton, I told him how disrespectful it was that I was sold half of a wing and no I did not want it replaced because I wouldn'twant someone to spit in my food, all I asked was for them to not rip off their costumers around this area especially beinglocated in a residential area. He says "well. Ma'am we have to include those small pieces" of course I told him that it waswrong that I purchased these wings for almost $1 each and I'm sold half an item. But it's okay, we will stick with pizza hutor papa John's next time. Dishonest companies dont deserve my hard working $1. Update 10/15: As I waited outside to pick up my order. I was watching an employee slurping spaghetti, sitting next to another... employee who was shaping pizzas out of fresh dough. Super unsanitary.. Ordered my usual and arrived after I checked in on theapp. I tell the guy at the counter that I'm picking up a pizza and he says they're still waiting for it, as I'm watching my panpizza sit at the end of the oven belt. When the guy was taking the pizza out of the pan, he messed up the pizza and all thetoppings fell off it. They restarted the pizza (extra 15 minutes) and didn't say a word to me as if I didn't see it happen infront of my eyes. Horrible service... Read more
