I usually never have an issue with this location but today I placed an order waited an hour (which was okay) when I called to... get a eta a very rude lady answered the phone. She insisted she gave me a call to confirm address which I never received once Itold her I wanted to cancel my order she told me that it was already canceled either way. ???? WHAT IN THE PIZZA MAKING HISTORY OF MY ORDERS !!! Ordered pizza online and everything went through just fine - was then told they couldn?t deliver to my address after dark.... Considering this is located on Bonanza, why do they even offer delivery at all? Needless to say you CANNOT get through to themon the phone. I?ve been on hold 24 minutes and this is my third call. I ordered plain boneless chicken. I got bone in with a mango/habenero sauce on it. ( I think that?s what it was I ordered... PLAIN). I ordered Parmesan bites . They were so soggy with butter just dripping on them! Not even edible!!! I also ordered asausage pizza with 1/2 add pepperoni. I got 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni ( no sausage! I used the drive up quick pick up app. Pushedapp that I was there. My time waiting passed so I went inside. Was told to wait outside they would bring it. They forgot me!!
