Din Tai Fung was an incredible experience. When you first enter, you are welcomed by getting to observe some of the chefs hand... craft dumplings and other hand crafted items. They are placed in steamer baskets as fresh service prep. The food was delicious.Every single item we got was stellar - well thought out, rich, flavorful and fresh. My brother recommended this place and treated us for lunch here during our Las Vegas trip. You need to make a reservation. We... were staying at the Aria hotel so it was really convenient as Din Tai Fung is located inside the Aria hotel. I just want todisclose that i love dim sum and eat dim sum every chance i get. Service was okay and could have been better. We always had toflag our server if we needed more drinks or if we needed anything for our table. No one even checked to ask how the food wasor how we were doing. Price is $$$ like everything on the strip and inside a hotel; and you know you are paying for theambiance because the food is okay and the serving size is small. It is fine dining dim sum. I am thankful for the food andexperience but I?ve tasted similar to better for a fraction of the price, and definitely way better service. Will I go back? Not anytime soon. Read more

Me and my girl really enjoyed our dinner here. I'm lucky enough to have been to the original restaurant in Taiwan as well, and... this food tasted the same.. not quite the same experience obviously, but still good. They've got tons of people working, soservice was fast and you knew the food didn't sit long. The sweet and sour short ribs were my favorite, but I'd avoid the friedpork chop. Incredible food. The soup dumplings are the main attraction, for good reasons. The buns were amazing. It was pretty easy to get... into for a reservation. The service is fast and very friendly. Get reservations online. You come check in and wait to be seated. The pork soup dumplings are better than the crab ones. They... are both bite size and not the bigger ones I?m used to from the other restaurants. The pork chop noodle was amazing. They giveyou an option of having the pork chop on the side so it isn?t soggy. We asked for this option but they put it in by mistakeanyway. It was still amazing. I don?t know how they make the pork chop so tender. It was delicious. We also has somevegetables rice cake. Both really good. We also got the black milk tea with bubbles and that was amazing. For dessert we hadthe red bean and sesame. The sesame was better. Both really good. Pricing is a little in the pricey side but food is great. Read more

I would highly recommend this place. It is an amazing experience with amazing food. I have gone to Ding Tai Feng in Taiwan and... this is 100% comparable. The staff was also amazing. Way better service than Gordon Ramsey Burger. We were served right away.If there was a clink from a chopstick dropping, they come right away to replace. From the moment you walk by the workers hand making the dim sum prior to being seated, you know that you're in for a treat. The... wait staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question you might have. The wait for everything we ordered, fromdrinks to dessert, was brought out very quickly. Every recommendation that we have read about and was told by our waitress wason point. Not one thing was not worth getting again. For a restaurant of this caliber, the amount of food we ordered didn'tbreak our bank but it isn't cheap either. Read more
