I placed an order on the Dickey?s app yesterday for a pickup of two sandwiches. My pickup time was at 7:45pm. I went in there... around 8pm to pick up my order. Only the manager of the store was working at this time. I asked him for my my order pickup. Helooked confused. I told him I ordered on the app. He said he does not look at the app orders and did not have it ready. He askedme to show the order on my app which I did show him ( it was two pulled pork sandwiches) and then showed him the receipt that Ialready paid for it. At this time he said that he didn?t have any pulled pork at the store so he cannot fulfill the order. Itold him that just to make his life easy he can give me any sandwich he had and we will call it good. At this moment the managertold me very rudely that he only had brisket sandwich and he cannot give me the sandwich for the price of pulled pork. So thisrude manager, first of all did not check the app order. Then once I made the trip to his store he told me he didn?t have thesandwich that I ordered and on top of that tells me he won?t give me any other sandwich either. I told him then ok, just refundthe money. At this point this unprofessional rude manager tells me that he does not know anything about the app and that theDickey?s app is owned my the corporate and I should get on the phone with them and get a refund on my order. This is justridiculous behavior and this manager should be fired. This is why businesses go out of business and shut down. So yesterday Iwasted an hour of my life trying to get dinner, didn?t get my sandwich, didn?t get any other sandwich and didn?t even get mymoney back. That order is still on my app unfulfilled and this crook manager pretty much gets to keep the money. And the sadpart is that I really love Dickey?s food. Decent BBQ. The green beans were very salty, the macaroni and cheese very bland and my turkey was cold. The chicken was... excellent though. I was told the ribs were fantastic. Their BBQ sauces were tasty also. Kind of a mixed bag for me. Read more

Came in with some friends to try some items on the menu. Regrettably, I didn?t get any wings or ribs, so perhaps this review is... unfair in its overall rating. I Got the Brisket Mac N Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese, ?Cueban Sandwich, side of friedokras and fries. The menu says ?waffle fries?, but they only had regular fries. They fry it lightly so don?t expect anycrunch. The buffalo chicken mac was overpowered with buffalo sauce and had very underwhelming cheese, if any at all. Thebrisket and mac was decent, I enjoyed it far better than the buffalo, meat is tender and compliments the mac n cheesegreat. The ?Cueban sandwich was by far the best item I ordered. Great variety of flavors, the bread toasting gave the sandwicha very satisfying crunch. Very pleased with the sandwich. The okras.. the okras? they were near cold. I understand maybe theyprepped it too early while making the rest of my order. It happens, nothing major to ruin my day or anything. They gave a largerportion of sides than i expected though, so I suppose thats a plus. This place is my favorite BBQ restaurant. Meats are smoked in house and always juicy and flavorful. My favorite is Polish... sausage sandwich, so perfectly cooked and seasoned. It?s just perfectly smoked every time, the food quality is definitelyconsistent. Always friendly and attentive staff, they make you feel like you are part of the family. Great welcomingatmosphere. Overall a great experience every time, no complaints. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves bbq food. Read more

So disappointed. The meat tastes great but their service is terrible. Ordered online, when the order arrived half the items were... missing. Whatever items arrived were prepared incorrectly, one order of Brisket Mac Stack had chunks of plastic wrapper meltedinto it. How bad of a chef do you have to be?
