Unfortunately not the best experience of our first breakfast in Vegas as a family. We were sat promptly and once we had studied... the menu for five minutes it was taken away from us and we were given a smaller version because some of the staff hadn't arrivedthat morning and were told there would be a wait, which was fine as long as we had drinks to tied the children over. We waitedfor one hour to get our breakfast an our server was a little blasé about the situation saying it was normal! Once it hadarrived it was cold and my children couldn't eat it. I have chosen to give my review a 4 star on the basis that the Manager(George I believe) was super kind and very apologetic, somebody had obviously seen our woes and had decided to pay it forward bypaying our bill for us which was super kind. Wasn?t super expensive like I thought it was going to be. This is the first place we stopped when we landed to get a bite to eat... after checking into the hotel. I was a bit disappointed it took a while to come out and the middle of the ham was cold. I atemost of it because we were starving and I didn?t want to wait another 45 minutes for a replacement to come out. I complained towaitress and the check out lady. No one even offered a discount. Mainly a quick and cheap breakfast place to eat on the strip. There was a line to be seated which took about 10 minutes. They... seemed short staffed as there were many open seats but a line out the door. A very cute outdoor balcony to sit and eat facingthe Mirage. Our waiter Kailey was good for a waitress in training. Unfortunately, the omelettes we ordered were made incorrectlybut were brought the proper ingredients. It also took a bit longer than usual for our food to arrive. So usually a big proponent of Denny's. We have them here in Canada and they are quite frankly a good solid, family orientated... and affordable option for breakfast. Giving them a just average rating in Vegas though as we first lined up for about tenminutes and thought the line moved really quite fast only to get into the restaurant and seated to find twoinconveniences. Advised upon trying to order after ten minutes that: A) We have no coffee or hot tea as our water pressure isdown. Ahhh!! Seriously? A breakfast establishment who can't figure out kettles or the fillable counter top reservoir as a backup to this problem. Breakfast without coffee. OMG what an absolute crime and how did you expect us to wake up. B) 35 minute waitfor our order to be made ready upon ordering. If passed that information at the door we would have chosen differently.Respectfully give people the option up front to make a decision for what is acceptable to the customer. Otherwise breakfast wasthere standard fare albeit I tried a crepe for the first time and felt it was a little on the lame side. Small anduninspiring. Sorry guys even as a usually big fan. Read more
American breakfast is the best, no matter how many sugar and how much calories, I would take it whatever.. If you don't like to... make a reservation, good luck on arriving at a non rush hour, I went there 5 am and there's a long wait 6 am after I'm stuffedand stepped out.. still short of workers and angry hungry customers everywhere. Service was fast and prices were good. Perfect place if you want a quick meal not that expensive on the strip. However, they... didn't have any milkshake when I went there and the burger didn't really look like the menu. Plus bathrooms were really dirty atthe time. Read more
