We arrived around 6:45 pm on the evening of 11/13. Last time I got del taco 7 years ago I ended up in the urgent care with... severe food poisoning.... It's been a very long time. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and impatient...unwilling toanswer my questions and pushed to get us to end our order.... I asked if they had nacho cheese.... she responded with " we arenot taco bell....we have queso cheese only which you know because you ordered in on your burrito already " My boyfriend knewwhat he wanted...I did not.... she was rude and unprofessional.... I have been a barista at a coffee shop for years and I havebeen a waitress as well as worked fast food for 3 years ...I would never talk to a customer like that...she also heard me say 3times it's been 7 years and I had food poisoning last time I ate here and I would of appreciated her to be more helpful ....instead we ended up driving away in the middle of our order because my boyfriend was so upset at the treatment we were giventhat he wanted to say some not nice things back.... and it takea alot to upset him he is a super nice guy that works with thepublic as his job..... Unprofessional and disrespectful AF!!! Would love to speak to the manager but we decided calling andmaking a scene was not even worth our time .... So this review will do. If I could give zero stars I would. The worker who work on 11/13 drive thru she is so inconsiderate and slow. She very rude... didn?t plus apologized for the wait which was over 20 mins. She short and stocky plus her attitude is garbage. Never again. Iwill take my money elsewhere! Read more
A best place to get poisoned. A second trip there was much worse. This place needs attention by the management. The employees... quit caring. The taco shells were stale, not crisp. Instead of extra green sauce on the burritos as requested, there was none tobe found. The chicken quesadia was cold and tasted bad. Did not taste like chicken. Chicken may have been left out andspoiled. The quesadia was not cooked over. the meat was sick to the paper, being sandwiched between the the tortilla and thewrapper. Ran in at about 2:15 for late lunch. Only 2 other tables occupied. Please be warned..This restaurant is FILTHY! Trash was not... cleared in the 45 minutes we were there although the place wasn't busy. In front and behind the counter by the cooking area wasdirty..floors had trash all over. Had to ask to have a table cleaned because they were all dirty. If I wasn't craving Del Taco Iwould have left. Corporate needs to visit this place! Read more
Friendly staff. I didn't know a huge covid price increase at this location. Our food was tasty which I usually find at all Del... Tacos. Their dining room was clean. It's want crowded and they didn't take long to complete our order. It's convenientlylocated close to the freeway exit and the Bass Pro shop as you're leaving Las Vegas towards California. Read more
Service was good. Sodas are expensive. Ouch! The $1 chicken tacos promo they have right now are fantastic!!
We were both dissatisfied for a few reasons. One, not being granted for the Taco Tuesday deal when we clearly ordered 3 tacos... each for a total of 12. I?m guessing you have to mention the deal at the register but I shouldn?t have to, it?s Tuesday! Two,don?t know the hispanic ladies name that was making the food, she might be the manager because she was barking orders. If sheis, she is very unprofessional. She was rude to the cashier and tried to give us an attitude when she thought she gave us allour tacos. You gave us 9 lady when we clearly paid for 12 AND was overcharged.
