Not so friendly. When I entered inside the restaurant the staff took about 5min to even greet me. I only want two soft chicken... tacos ???? I was there on Thursday, on Thursday after 3pm there's a taco special 3 tacos for $1.50. I was charged $3.25 when Iasked why wasn't I charged for the special....the young man said..."I forgot" ?????????????...Manager act as though she didn'thear or see anything. I haven't waited in line though the Drive thur it was over 1 hour. But it appeared they were short staff. I had 6 cars in front... of me and 6 in back of me. Plus a drive that was swear really bad. The food was OK. And the Service was Excellent, apologizing for the wait. But really it was okay. It seems like every one came out and hit all the fast food drive up. Beingpatient was the key. I actually love this place because they have option for cheaper items. HOWEVER, the drive thru time is atrociously bad. I... personally dont mind waiting 20 - 30 minutes on a drive thru but thats assuming that the quality of the food is actually goodand consistent. If you come in at NIGHT and theres 4 + cars infront of you, your waiting 20 to 30 minutes, NO EXCEPTIONS.However, I will say that there night/overnight crew atleast has CONSISTENCY and QUALITY aswell as only having two people, so Idont mind. Now for MORNING though your getting the best of both worst. Its still gonna take you 20 minutes to 30 minutes ifwaiting behind 4+ cars, irrelevant if whether you ordered through app or even if you ordered 1 item through the app. And to topit off, you never really know if your gonna get ripped off or not. For example, order a churro and expect no sugar coating onthem or if you order a queso loaded nacho, expect no jalapenos and only half the serving you would get. And yup, thats afterwaiting 20+ minutes. I literally have seen people 2 cars ahead of me pull out just because of how bad the time is. Now I soundharsh but as someone who frequents the fast food within the area (ex. Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, In&Out, etc), thishas to be the WORST DRIVE thru time. Again, it wouldnt be a problem if my order actually came out good and consistent like onother places, but they dont. So if order morning, double check your order. Wrote while waiting on drive thru on my unpaid hourbreak and it took 30 minutes, literally. Got in my car at 2 am and placed my order and immediatly arrived at around 2:02 am. Gotin the drive thru and didnt get my order until 2:30, 10 - 15 later than usual. If you dont believe me, come through their drivethru and if your behind 5+ cars, keep time and 9/10 youll be waiting 20+ minutes If your working overnight and want to comehere, just be ready to put aside that time. We made an online order here- they then gave the order to someone else, brushed me off, refused to replace or remake the order,... and we had to call customer service to get a refund for their screw up, and even that wasn?t guaranteed us. Smooth. Notrecommended. Read more
I love Del Taco, but would pass on this location. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just for 4 tacos. When I got home... there was only about 1/4 of meat in all of them if that. They were filled to the top with lettuce and tomato. This wouldprobably be okay if they were vegetarian tacos, but that's not what I ordered! Will not be coming to this location again. Read more
Food was good, got the Epic Chicken &Guac torta. Ask for 10 mild & 10 medium sauces, got 4 mild....total. waited 21 minutes in... the drive thru....with a mobile order!!!! And they want higher minimum wage. GTFOH. They should be making 1980' s minimumwage. Read more
11/22/22 Today was so busy people were waiting for almost an hour. We waited for about 15 minutes. We finally got to order and... then waited another 15 to 20 minutes. They were really working hard. I believe they could have been more organized. There were 3employees and the manager. They were all struggling under the pressure but overall they did well. Read more
