DISGUSTING!!! I was given this quesadilla in Drive thru. It has been dropped grease, ash, dirt, and miscellaneous debri. What... is worse it's not what I ordered. Update it has now been a couple of months. I called corporate and they have discussed withmanager. Supposedly manager has contacted me to resolve. This is a lie. If the restaurant does not resolve my concerns how manypeople have had the same experience? Read more
Nought deltaco Fiesta pack. We ordered extra cheese extra sauce on the burritos. Got home not only was there not extra sauce... there was no sauce at all. At this point 20 min have passed. So I drove back. They gave me 2 cups of sauce and that was it. Bythe time I got home from when I ordered was 30 min. Our tacos at that point were half hard and bottom soft and falling apart andcold. Burritos were cold. They messed up they should have replaced the order instead we we cold food have hard and part of itsoft and falling apart. So disappointed. This is Mary Hodges on my husband?s phone. We have been to del taco numerous times we had gotten there this morning to get my... favorite burrito and we got home and had no rice no beans no guacamole just chicken and lettuce. So we brought it back the ladythrough drive-through was wonderful she is a very sweetheart she helped us we got home to get my favorite burrito and there?sstill only this time there?s chicken lettuce and guacamole on there no rice no beans and we think your cook has absolutely noclue what he?s doing I have worked fast food so I?ve been there and I?m telling you what your cook needs a menu in front of himto see what # meal &what is what. Have always loved Del Taco even back when it was called Naugles 40 plus years ago - Dang I'm getting old!! I Remember getting... drunk on a Friday night and hitting Naugles for that huge brick burrito (which used to be called a macho combo burrito and now Ithink it's called an epic combo burrito or something) They have fresh refried beans daily, and even their hamburgers and friesare suprisingly delicious for a taco joint. Their Tuesday and Thursday taco deals are good to feed a large hungry crew forcheap. My criticism i can think of is If only they would make a "Taco Bell Mexican pizza" knockoff with the light and crispyfried tortilla shell instead of a tostada I could completely quit going to Taco Bell cause that's one thing my wife loves andhas to have. Whoever the black lady is on the night shift I've seen with my own eyes her purposely not take like 6 orders in the drive thru... including mine after saying I'll be right with you. I watched all 6 of us leave after sitting for 15 minutes in the drive thruwaiting for her to take orders. She was literally standing at the shake machine like she was busy just watching customers leavein anger after sitting for 15 minutes stuck in a drive thru. This is a pretty good location in terms of service. They've yet to mess up an order and the food is always pretty fresh. I would... have given them 5 starts if it wasn't that they also was run out of one item or another late at night. But still in nam happywith this particular one. The Del Taco on Sunset though is a different story, make the trip to this one instead! ???? Read more
The food is good overall. Can't complain considering the price tag. My favorite is the chicken rolls they are fire and will hit... the spot perfectly! They also have a large variety of foods from burgers, burritos, tacos and fries! Whenever your hungry anddon't have a lot money then this is the perfect spot for you. Read more
Have been going on del taco for over 50 years and love the Del Taco tacos and green beans burrito. Double Del burgers are good... too with krinkle cut fries ???????? Read more
