Tried to a meal deal seeing the sign from the street that it was open. 9pm. They told me they were out of hamburger meat. ... Wow. That is 90% of what they cook. And no iced tea!!!! Cannot believe it!!! Read more

Went there at about 7pm and ordered 2 peanut buster parfaits and a vanilla shake. The peanut buster parfaits were made with... chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. Peanuts were only added to the top of the parfait instead of at the bottom, middle andtop. So I basically paid 9 bucks each for chocolate sundaes. Customer service is horrible. When i mentioned that's not how theyare made I was told that's how they make them there. While waiting for my order the cashier told all 5 people/families they wereonly serving ice cream not food. Corporate Dairy Queen really needs to intervene. This DQ makes other DQ's who do things rightlook so wrong. Read more

Based on the other reviews I?ve read, it?s clear this location has poor management and staff training however i feel the owner... does not care because this store is at a prime location with high traffic, capitalizing on circus circus crowd. i ordered aburger at 12:51pm and I received my order at 1:18p. But how can i complain when a small group of three ordered ahead of me andalso received theirs at the same time I did? Managment and Owner be business people and act accordingly Read more

We went to this DQ on Wednesday night around 6pm. I had a 4 pc chicken strip basket. I was given no gravy and no toast. Gal... behind the counter said they no longer have the gravy. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich, very small. My biggest problemwith this DQ was a person working in the kitchen. I was told his name is Nick. He had a major attitude problem and a supervisorneeds to talk to him and than show him out the door. I went up to get my food and he had to argue about the number he called. Ifhe doesn't like his job, just quit. Lots of jobs in Vegas. Maybe send him to the floor to dump the trash as it was running over. When I was a supervisor 'Nick' would last 5 minutes with his attitude and mouth. Never again to this DQ. Don't go folks, thisplace sucks. Read more

Terrible experience! We stopped in at 8:30 pm. DQ had the shortest lines, so I took my kids there. My husband went to the... Asian restaurant that had a line 3x as long and I was 3rd in line at DQ. We finally get up to the cashier. The cashier wasvery nice, but very slow. By this time my husband already had his food and was waiting for us. She literally said "I'm going totake your drink order one at a time to slow the line down." This is when I discovered she charged us for 4 meals instead of 3. She had to call for her manager to reimburse me. There is only 1 manager for all restaurants and some stores. While waiting, the cashier would not take anymore orders, which I thought was odd. The manager came to refund me. The manager saw how sloweverything was going and told them to stop taking orders until they were caught up. It took almost 20 minutes to refund mymoney. I then waited another 25 minutes to get my food. There were only 3 orders pushed out before mine while I was waiting. There was absolutely no reason for the service to be so slow. I was watching multiple staff standing in the back watching thescreens. I counted 1 cashier and 6 other staff. The burgers were dry and overcooked. My kids wanted ice cream, but they stillwere not taking orders 30 minutes later. Don't waste your time at this DQ. Read more
