The pot is fascinating and can keep the temperature correctly. We loved the sour vegetable fish noodle and Yunnan noodles. I... think you can order two noodles to feed three people, because it was very large. Read more

Came here by chance as we were exploring the city and was pleasantly surprised. Huge portions for the price and the taste... absolutely the best. Normally i can’t finish the whole noodle or the whole dish but this I couldn’t get enough. Must try! Read more

It’s official… Dagu Rice Noodles offers the best Crossing-the-bridge rice noodles in Las Vegas. We drove in from Utah and... this is our first stop prior to our checking in to our Casino Resort. G2 Spicy Noodles is the best in my opinion. Try it nexttime you are in LV. Read more

The fried chicken is a must order dish. Spaghetti is little hard, will be great if it could be cooked little bit longer. The... taste is authentic. Read more

The crossing the bridge noodles is their signature and I totally get why! I got G1 which is the original noodles. Super clean... tasting and comforting. The clear broth is great for when you want something light from a night out or if you're feeling underthe weather. The squid legs and the chicken wings are perfectly cooked. Chicken wings were nice and juicy. Squid legs werelightly battered. Read more

My friends and I started going here when they were one of the first restaurants that opened when Shanghai Plaza opened. It was... def cheaper then, but since the pandemic, I did notice the price increase. However, it didn't affect my experience and the foodthere. I love that they have a little doorbell now since every table is next to a wall. You just ring the doorbell when you'reready to order and when you need the server. It's so efficient! I also love the fact that each table has a sanitizer box thatholds all the utensils! It blew our mind out at this visit. I've tried all their broth soup and my favorite is def C1, thecrossing the bridge. It was perfect weather to come since it was windy and cold in Vegas. The broth is at the taste I want, nottoo salty, and def not bland. The best part is you can add the extra ingredients if u want, and u can also order more add-ons. Ilove that it's basically a "mini hot pot." Their teas are also delicious! I ordered the peach black tea. Also, if you haven'tyet, try to spicy crossing the bridge soup because that's also delicious when you want a bit of kick in your mouth! Read more
