What a wonderful experience. The workers were so helpful, walked us through creating a bowl we would love. The food was so... delicious, so many amazing flavors. Best part they had gluten free options for my sister. We will definitely be back Read more

Flavor was good, although they did get my order wrong and I only realized when I finished my food lol but I like the convenience... of having all the food layered in a bowl (rice, cabbage, meat, mandoo) Read more

Flavor, Flavor and more Flavor! I tried Cupbob for the first time earlier in the week and liked it so much I decided to take my... wife to try it. We tried a different location and I loved it just as much. I tried the chicken this time with the 7.5 spicysauce. It still had a good kick to it and the flavors of the other sauces is amazing. I highly recommend! Read more

The tangy chicken taste old, the noodles were semi hard, and the rice clumped together. Overall this place is definitely a... downgrade from the Lake Mead location (we live 10 minutes from this location and still prefer to drive the distance to the LakeMead one). Also, there strangely were no bags so the two cups had lids and the Mandoo had no lid, so that had to be awkwardlyheld to the car and on the ride home. Read more

I first tried Cupbop about 6 months ago, at the Lake Mead Blvd location, and it was excellent. But I don't live near that area,... so I have since tried both the Maryland Pkwy and Ft Apache locations, and they have generally been a pretty bigletdown. Specifically, I've been to the Ft Apache location a couple times now. I will say both times the staff was friendly andhelpful. Today when I tried it, I ordered the Rock Bop, which is a fried chicken bowl. In this bowl I got a total of 5 measlypieces of chicken. And of those 5, three were actually good. The other two were barely chicken, and just crunchy bits left fromthe fryer. I think for $13 (which is what you'll pay after tax for this bowl) you should get something more substantial. I don'tknow if the employees are trained to dole out such a measly portion, but that was not my experience the first couple timestrying Cupbop. But it has been that way the last, probably, 4 times or so I've been, between this location and the Maryland Pkwylocation. I even considered going to Chick-Fil-A next door, ordering an 8 piece nugget for $5 and adding that into mybowl. It's really a shame that they are so stingy with their portions. I really think they have a good product, but I won'treturn if the product I get is inconsistent in its portion size. At least when I got to Chick-Fil-A and order an 8 pack ofnuggets, I know exactly what I'll get. Read more

I was so excited to see this place opening in my area! I got the fire in the hole the hottest option that you can order. It was... not very spicy in my opinion but then again my spice tolerance is pretty high. The food was good definitely needed more flavorbut was a decent amount of food. Can?t wait to go back ???????? Love me some Cupbop and I am so happy they are in west Vegas!!! You have to stop by and grab the Rock Bop! They also have kimchi... which is nice and a bunch of Korean drinks. If you're bold, get the level 10 but the level 4 is perfect for most people. Read more
