I don't want to have to write a harsh review, but I have gone to this location at least 5 times with in the span of the past 4... months and every single time I have went there during or after lunch, there has always been an issue with my food. Usuallyeverything in the bowl taste cold and seems left out for a long period of time or, the employees tell me they don't havesomething like the noodles or meat and still charge full price for the food. For the most part, customer service is fine, butthis location really needs to step up it's game as the food quality always gets worse everytime I go back. Read more

Worst combo bowl I've had. Rice was dry, very little cabbage and bowl was only have full. I've been to other locations in the... valley and they have been much better. I even paid a tip and wished I wouldn't have. I did take out or I would have went backand complained. Read more

I usually don?t write harsh reviews, I feel bad but have to be honest. I saw the two Korean young CEOs on Shark Tank. Everyone... was so impressed when they ate the samples. I?m Japanese and love Korean food, especially Chapchae. They said it?s the firstkind of Korean fast food, in a cup there?s Korean BBQ, rice, and Chapchae noodles. I was so excited to try, and verydisappointed. I ordered the most expensive one with two main dish, fried chicken and fried tofu. My friend got chicken. I alsoordered kimchi on the side and Chapchae to take it home with the rest for our picnic. The lady forgot to give me kimchi andChapchae. Glad that I checked before I left. Kimchi was in a little bitty tiny sauce container! The amount of my two main dishwas so small, it was about the same size of my friend?s one main dish cup or smaller. And to top it off, she forgot to put ricein my cup! And most importantly, the taste and the whole presentation was not there at all. For the same price, I could?ve got3-4 times better quality and more amount at Panda Express. They need to rebump the whole thing or Shark is in trouble. Read more

The food was delicious! I had the rock bob, while my partner had the B Bop and I have to say, it was seriously delicious. Spice... scale goes from 1 - 10, with 1 being no spice. I had a 7.5 and my wife had a 5. Both options ended up being great, with the BBop having a subtle sweet spiciness. While the rock bop was spicey (similar to Sriracha) a few seconds after the bite. Woulddefinitely recommend this place for a quick meal. Prices where very affordable. Very cool atmosphere, music and decor too. Therestaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Read more

Just visited for the first time today. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered two cupbops- a rock... bop and a mandoo bop. We decided to go with the 7.5 cupbop special spiciness level. They had dine in available but therestaurant was cold inside so we just took it to go. The prices on their website are different than the in store prices. Ontheir website it says a Rock Bop is $8.75 but in store it?s $9.25, the Mandoo bop was shown as $7.95 but when we went to pick itup it was $8.45. Read more
