STOP! Before you leave with your food - make sure it's not still frozen! We got back to our room with our over priced food, only... to realize my husband's breakfast sandwich was still mostly frozen. Took it back down to the Cafe, my husband asked for a newone, since his had already been heated partly. The girl completely ignored him, re-heated his sandwich and basically scorchedit. The cheese was fried & the English muffin & egg were rubber. She was completely annoyed with us, we left & just threw itaway. We are on vacation and the last thing we wanted to do is start our morning off arguing over our breakfast. Read more

Expensive and stale food. Hashes out garbage in the name of organic food. More expensive than starbucks. ordered a coffee cake... that was stale , breakfast burrito was average also looked a day old. cappuccino was not at all hot for a hot cappucino. wasstaying at the palazzo and went here as the starbucks the floor below had a long line? will not be returning !!! Granted, this is yet another Venetian eatery charging entirely too much for their menu items. However, if you're looking for a... delicious breakfast sandwich, I do recommend this place (as opposed to Moon Palace or Illy Caffe). Their chicken sausage iscrazy good, and the bottled orange juice is excellent. There aren't many seats inside, but you'll find tables/chairs just aroundthe corner. Read more
I stopped by here and ordered a nitro cold brew and 4 bottles of water. After paying and waiting a bit, I was told that they... had no nitro cold brew left. I didn't want anything else but was told they didn't offer refunds. I dont think it counts as arefund unless I am returning something, but i digress. They said that both workers would be there until 10 pm should I change mymind about the substitute drink. Either way, I left without my money, without my coffee, and without any means ofredress. Go here if you want an absolutely inedible breakfast sandwich that has been so overly microwaved you will have to eat the paper... it came in just to get to the sandwich. But, the coffee is decently strong and the workers are nice. Read more
