Copper Whisk is the worst display of customer service I have experienced. We went at 12:15 and were told 40 minute wait and... they would text us when the table was ready. We waited over 2 hours, checked back in, and called and never got a text or a callback. 4 hours later we finally had to move on and still never got a text or a call back. The list only had 2 people before usand we saw lots of tables seated ahead of us with no text or call. They literally closed up the restaurant and NEVER contactedus. This restaurant discriminated against us. Please avoid this place at all costs as they do not believe in equal treatment ofhumans and will only help people based on how they look. This was at the Valley Forge Casino Location, but if they believe indiscrimination, I would avoid all locations. Read more
friendly servers, fresh fruit, love the oatmeal, decor & music is fun. good selection for a coffee shop. convenient while... staying at The Orleans. I like to have a peaceful relaxing breakfast. there was a loud construction sound in the casino theentire time I was there. Read more

My husband and I frequent The Orleans several times a year. The Copper Whisk is terribly disappointing. I have done bad... reviews for this cafe before, but this takes the cake. We ate at about 7 pm on a Thurs night. What a mistake. I ordered theChicken Parmesan. The chicken was literally inedible. It was tough and had a distinct taste of freezer burn. It was sotough, that I could not cut about half of it. I ate a few bites and stopped, as I did not want to get sick for the night. Itook the breading off of the chicken breast and it looked like something that stayed at the bottom of the freezer, unwrapped,for ages. It was disgusting. I did not feel great the rest of the evening, likely from the few bites that I did try, hopingthat different parts of the breast would be better. None of it was good. My husband ordered breakfast, and his order was toinclude toast. The waitress never asked what kind of toast he wanted, nor did he get the toast. It was shift change, soothers were complaining about the service. Our waitress was attentive, but she clearly did not know the menu, or the breakfastthat my husband ordered, would have been delivered with the toast that should come with it. It is really disappointing how badthis restaurant has gotten. Before The Orleans restaurant remodels, it was good, with good choices and good service....not anymore. This place is pitiful. Do not go there. The only thing that I would halfway trust anymore is a breakfast. Getbetter, or you may as well close up! Sad part is, The Orleans closed so many of their good restaurants, the choices are quitelimited. Please open The Buffet and The Prime Rib Loft. Right now, the food court is much better that The Copper Whisk. Read more
I always come here for their oxtail soup! Broth is nice and salty. Their use of veggies is really nice. Different from other... places on their style of oxtail soup! Only thing i would say thats bad was that the oxtail wasnt that tender. Not fall off thebone type meat. But this soup definitely gives California hotels oxtail soup a run for its money and definitely better thanSouth points oxtail soup. Read more

Short and sweet #Copperwhisk I had the traditional breakfast, yall whhhhy did I pour soy sauce on my french toast. But, I... corrected myself with the syrup and it gave a salt and sweet combo to my tastebuds which was DELICIOUS. Nice little gem of aplace inside the Orleans casino, that most locals visit, it was packed and it wasn?t because the #SoulTrainAwards were beingtaped?..I?ll have to tell yall about that experience later in the week.
