Nadia the Owner needs to understand the customer is always right you cannot take someone money and not give them a product. ... Poor service, horrible no refund policy, I purchased 3 shakes tasted horrible, the consistency of water couldnt taste the icecream, they didn't give me my money back although I returned it the way it was given to me, they didn't even want to give meanother product until I argued with the kid who had the owner on the phone I felt bad for the kids, this is the only coldstonethat's unreasonable they come into our community and steal our money without giving a product. This location has a ridiculous number of rules. It does not offer samples, charges for more than one tiny scoop of toppings, and... will only mix together two flavors no matter what size you get. Go to a different Cold Stone creamery. Read more

I was excited to go there....the lady who served us was STONED COLD....I thought she was being racist towards me and my family... seeing her greet the other people yet i happily said hello....until i read the previous comments & realized many others had thesame experience...UGLY customer service I won't be going back there! Terrible service. Found a long hair in my ice cream and the two girls working December 27th at 7:30pm wouldn?t make a new ice... cream for us. They also didn?t have gloves or hair nets on. And my 3 year old needed to relieve himself and the restroom was outof service they said. Slow and very poor customer service. Read more

Um, do not think I will be going there again. That saying I think for $9.00 (left a tip) for a milkshake that size, smaller than... a pepsi can was outrageous. The shake was good, but I will go elsewhere for a good shake at a better price. Read more

The cake I purchased did not look like the images online. The fudge topping I selected when creating my custom cake was not on... the cake. The special message was ?not received? and was written upon my arrival? it was done quite poorly, might I add. It wasalready a bit melted when I picked it up. They have ice creams.. shakes..smooties.. have lots of varieties..very good taste..both take away and dine in available..i tried... fudge with chocolate syrup with almonds and walnut in vanilla ice cream..it was awesome..great taste..staff were very fast inservice and services with courteous..limited space availble for seating..have ample parking space Read more

Today was the first time in eleven years that I had ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. All the locations that I frequented are... all gone. This location opened up two years ago and I was more than thrilled. I don't know what took me so long but today wasthe day to step foot into this location. I ordered one of my go to flavors. The German chocolate cake. It is still just asdelicious as I remembered it. This location was also clean and the lady working there was pretty nice.
