This location has gone downhill quickly. If you order al la apple cold stone expect to see a great value (Walmart) can of apples... slices being scooped directly out the can that was covered in wrap in the fridge. Want cake ? Expect that cake to be directlyfrom Walmart as well. Expect to see most of the flavors out of stock. Expect your order to be nothing like you asked for. Expectto see no waffle cones. And teenagers who don't care and are wearing whatever they want. At this point you won't even know ifthese are cold stone employees. Want firm ice cream? You won't get it ... By the time you step out the door it's soupy frombeing over mixed. Sadly this is one of few locations valley wide. This is mainly the summerlin location. The childhood classiclocation. Sadly I won't be back I'll be checking out the Rhodes ranch location. Sure it's 15 -20min drive but it might be worthit in order to get cold stone quality service and ice cream. Read more

Very disappointed. We went in last night and purchased a court size to go and I love it ice cream. The big one to go when I got... home I opened it up and it wasn't even full, I took a picture of it I am shocked!
