Done young kid named Baxter according to the receipt really messed up my order. I tried telling him like 10 times overt and over... but long story short out two orders with two toppings each he got one thing right, then i get a cup half way full and this kidasking for 14.00. Went in and walked right out after seeing how the ice cream looked. The ice cream maker of theirs is not at the right temp and... just went in and saw how it was not well managed. The place did not look well kept and I do believe I saved my stomach by notordering here. Look around and look at the ice cream before ordering. If you feel off, walk out. Read more

I'm kinda new to the area and was craving a milkshake, so I was willing to pay $6 for delivery from this Cold Stone. I haven't... ordered from this location before, this was the first time. To find out like 20 mins later, they have to cancel my order becausethey were out of milk and couldn't make milkshakes. At 1:30 pm on a Sunday. Management - step it up. Fantastic service, portions were great, and chocolate waffle cones were crunchy & thick. The ice cream was fresh, toppings were... fully stocked, and waffles cones & bowls were too the limit! We noticed there is a mini freezer, so if you like stiffer icecream they can chill it for you upon request. My husband and I went around 930pm & we were very pleased.
