Best ice cream! Soo delicious!
Four of us went in on Friday, April 22nd, sometime between 9-10pm. As soon as we entered, there was a faint cloud of smoke... inside the store. We went to order, the only ones in the store, there were about 6/7 workers who were milling about grabbingice cream here and there, but not doing anything. It took them 10 minutes to even ask us our orders, even with us being the onlyones in the store. There could not have been that many online orders for them to ignore us that long. We did have one workerapologize for the wait. After we all ordered, my friend tasted his pineapple shake. He said it didn't taste like pineapple, sohe went to the cash register to see what had happened. The guy who made his drink said "oh my bad, I used rotten pineapples tomake it" WHAT THE HECK??? So you weren't going to say anything and let my friend be sick from this?? My boyfriend ordered apeeps shake - when he was almost done with it, he told me that it tasted ok but he wished that they had put a little peepsmarshmallow on top of it...... isn't that supposed to already come with it? Another mistake by the team. It seems that out ofall of our orders, I had the only one I enjoyed, and it was made by the guy who apologized to us that night, the one who REMADEmy friend's pineapple shake, and the one who at the end of night apologized again and said goodnight to us. He was the onlycompetent worker that night, the only one not high, so shoutout to him. Otherwise, the rest of the workers were BAKED out oftheir minds, so high we could see the cloud of their smoke, and they didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on. Read more
At first I was scared to try anything at this location but I'm glad I did. Not sure what everyone else is talking about but the... kids here were nice, helpful and generous. I was craving a concoction that I remembered from 15 years ago and it was EVERYTHINGI WANTED!! It was delicious and made to perfection by Tristan!! He also informed me that the employees that people complainedabout, are all gone!!????????????... Enjoy this experience because it is redemption all the way!! Read more
Always great, friendly staff, and quick service. Highly recommend for cakes and ice cream
Just left your location. Very unsatisfied. The girl working the register was rude, kept asking us, is that all? Management there... is missing, lazy staff. Need to train better. We paid so much for nothing. The oreo shake had no oreo. The large pints were notfilled. Very little to no toppings. We honestly just wasted money, $65 for generic store bought quality ice cream. UPDATE: Ok so I gave this place another try. It's been about 3 weeks. It has done a complete 180. They have new owners and all... new staff. Very friendly staff and the place is SPOTLESS. It looks like your typical cold stone now. Give it a try ! Happy forthem and hope they can turn it around. ORIGINAL: This place was so dirty I looked for the health grade on the wall. It said "A"but it was SO gross in there, I left and made a complaint on the health district website. It was warm in there like the AC wasbroken. The case where the ice cream is stored was filthy dirty and the ice cream looked old and melted. The waffle maker wasdisgusting, covered in old and new waffle batter. Waffle batter sitting out uncovered. The employees (who didn't even look likeemployees because they had no name tags or uniforms) were wearing gloves but touching their phones, the registers and then foodwithout changing gloves. They were out of most everything and half the ice cream counter was shut down. Looked like it was goingout of business and probably should. I'd avoid this location. Read more
My wife and I visited this location. My wife is pregnant and wanted something with a cookie in it, and on the menu there is the... "Hot for Cookie" where it shows an actual cookie. So she orders that and what we recieved was a bunch of cookie dough bits atthe bottom of a cup (see picture). My wife being pregnant and not supposed to eat raw cookie dough cant eat this. I wantedcookie dough icecream, but they dont have cookie dough icecream, so the workers said they have cookie dough they can mix intothe ice cream. I also wanted the banana ice cream. So i ask for a scoop of banana icecream and a separate scoop of vanillaicecream with cookie dough mixed in. They mix all of it together. We did not recieve what we expected. Read more
The cake was delicious, but the writing was hideous and the cookies were broken. I feel like if you don?t have someone there to... write a good cake message, maybe just don?t write it. And if the cookies break, start again. Read more
