Someone from Health department needs to come inspect this location for cleanliness. There is literally dirt running down the... wall behind the counter. It looks like years of caked on behind the machine that makes the waffle cones. If this is what thefront of the store looks like I hate to think what the conditions are behind the scenes. Read more

Visited early July 2022. No ice cream was in the coolers at 930pm when we arrived. The staff was not out front either so we had... to yell hello until someone came from the back. The young kids working seemed pleasant enough and told us the coolers werebroken so they has to keep product in the back freezer. (They were unhappy about the cooler situation also but if I had toguess, it's hard to keep the place cool enough in 100+ heat!) The counter area where they worked wasn't super clean but I thinkthat location needs a renovation. It looks dirty and dingy from age. They are likely opening themselves up to a health violationsoon. First time at this location and will be the last! I honestly feel sorry for the young workers having to work in this... environment. Apparently the A/C (July 4th weekend)was out and the ice-cream was melting due to it being almost 90 degrees in thestore. The staff stated that they had already tried to reach out to management but had not received a response. I had suggestedreaching out to the owner of the shop. I?m not sure who owns or manages this location but some serious work needs to be done on the restroom(s) here. The toilet was... filthy, the paper towel dispenser was completely broken, there was trash all over the place, the toilet paper rolls were empty,the sink was really dirty, there was damage to the door frame and various wall tiles. If this is the standard of your bathroomswhere your customer can see, I?d hate to see the way you keep the kitchen where customers CAN NOT SEE. ???????????? Read more
We have been there many times and every time we were pleased with the customer service. Also the store is ran by the teenagers,... I have never seen an adult manager there . The other reviews you read about the service is true , teenagers work there with the"whatever" attitude. Although I have never experienced any problems with the staff, they were always friendly and nice to me.They make good ice cream creations! With tons of each mix-ins for the perfect ratio with each bite. They have a lot of differentflavors to choose from and they also have a sugar free ice cream. My favorite is sweet cream and cake better too. Reason for the4 stars is because the store could use some good cleaning, especially of the outside seating area. I contacted a store about their ice Cream food truck for an event I planned for 400 - 500 people and "Harry" called me back to... arrange. Two weeks before the event I called and reconfirmed with "Harry" the date and details. On the day of the event, thetruck did not show up. Did not respond to my call. Never has called or wrote to apologize or offer an explanation. Theymissed a great opportunity and are now stuck with my lousy rating. Maybe Harry will learn that if you make a commitment, youbetter follow through or endure the outcome. Read more
