I was excited to try this place because it had pretty good reviews but it the cinnamon roles do not taste good at all. I got a... plain cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and strawberries and it tasted horrible. I took one bite and told them it didn?t tastegood and that I?d like a refund. One of the employees was on the phone with his manager and claimed they were refusing to give arefund. It was frustrating because I honestly just wanted to leave at that point but he gave us no other choice but to get a newone which tasted equally as terrible. The boy talking to the manager over the phone needs an attitude adjustment and the?manager? he was on the phone with needs some better customer service skills. Don?t waste your money, because not only did Ispend $7 bucks on horrible food, the employee and manager were incredibly rude. I don?t recommend this place at all. Read more

This I have to say is very light and airy surprisingly. It's not over the top sweet and the dough seems to taste on the more... healthier side. It's a way to splurge without feeling full or "its too sweet". Read more

Worth the 15 minute wait for a hot, buttery-esque, vegan cinnamon roll, in my opinion! There are several signature rolls to... choose from, like S'mores and Sparkle Berry, and Apple Pecan Pie, to name a few. You can also customize a roll with otherdecadent plant based toppings, like cookie dough, chocolate frosting and chips, or fresh fruit or jam. They even have mini buns(3 for $5) which you can also add toppings to at an extra cost. The regular sized and signature rolls are between $5 - $7, Ibelieve. Again, the rolls are plant based, but not gluten free. But the Old Skool is my fave! For a vegan pastry, it is so softand melt with a buttery, cinnamon-y frosting. Reminds me of Christmas time. There is a bit of a wait though, since the rolls getbaked fresh. Dole soft serve is also available, as well as a variety of signature Dole floats. Yummy! Read more

I want to give this place 5 stars, but I don't feel like the cinnamon rolls are spectacular. Don't get me wrong...they're good,... just not oooey gooey fantastic like I feel a cinnamon roll should be. The concept is pretty neat though where you can customizeyour cinnamon roll with different frosting and toppings. Read more

If you want a cinnamon roll, go to Cinnabon. If you want a cinnamon roll with toppings this is the place to go to. It's good.

I ordered a bakers box and ended up getting 12 separate cinnamon rolls. Through the website its listed as costing around $55 for... a bakers box, ultimately i payed $80 for individual cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls werent bad and i waited 30 minutes for itbut the attitude that came with the employee was what threw me off. Maybe its covid, but i don't get why someone should be angryI ask what strawberry cinnamon roll items are on the menu and what the difference is between the three choices. Read more

I had to leave after I ordered just to grab some coffee. They had none but the worker stated they used to have coffee. First... time I had Cinnaholics that wasn?t fresh out of the oven. I?m a little disappointed? In the beginning phases of Cinnaholics, their items were huge, fluffy and fatter than Cinnabon ones. Now they?re 1/2 the size? hmm?.
