The reason for the 2 stars is that the mashed potatoes were undercooked and the macaroni and cheese was overcooked to the point... that the macaroni didn?t have the elbow shapes. The chicken was good but you should NEVER serve undercooked food. Read more
I have been in the hospital for weeks and all I could think about was Church's Chicken while there eating my broth. Yesterday... was the day. And it had such promise. They allow you to go in and order for take out now. Thank goodness. The cashier was veryfriendly and it seemed that the entire crew was friendly. I was excited because I was the only one in the lobby. I ordered the5 piece leg and thigh special. ORIGINAL. I cannot eat their spicy chicken. As good as Church's Chicken is, their spicy makes mesick for some reason. You see where this is going. She filled my ordered and I received my order and she even gave mecondiments and napkins without me asking. Wonderful. Got home and you got it. It was spicy chicken inside. I had waited forweeks and now I can't eat the chicken. I gave it to my neighbor and I ate the fries. What a good first real food for me. Icalled the store and it is a recording. It's ALWAYS a recording. Why have a phone if nobody answers it? I left a message andhave yet to hear anything back. I doubt that I will This USED to be my favorite Church's Chicken in Vegas. No more. This is thethird straight time that something is not correct. It started going downhill a few months ago. And you can't get anybody on thephone and I wasn't going back that late at night and that far. They would have been closed anyway. God help me. What will I dowithout my Church's Chicken? Well the service was actually fast this evening for a change (drive thru) cashier was nice and friendly but she did slightly... mess up on my order . I didn?t realize the order screw up until I got home (which was 20 minutes away) but I said ok whatevershe gave me mash potatoes instead of the mac and cheese. Well the reason for the 2 stars as I was making a plate for my 4 yearold I opened up the mash potatoes and gave him a scoop and underneath that scoop of mash potatoes in the container was a pieceof HAIR. Of course I called 3 times no answer , 4th time someone answered and hung up , and 5th time it was a busy signal as ifthey took the phone off the hook. That is disgusting and I paid $43 for our food and not a care in the world . What happened topeople wearing hair nets while working with food ??? Chicken is good. Honey butter bisquits are amazing! Fries as a side does not feed 6 in the Family Meal it feeds like 2. Overall... good I want to try more items. Read more
I really don't like having to write a bad review on anyone but my experience at this Church's Chicken was not good. First off... they were so busy that it was chaotic inside this restaurant. And the reason for my visit there was to get their SmokehouseChicken, which I ordered 3 combo meals of their Smokehouse chicken. Well when I got home to eat it , my family and I found all3 orders of that chicken to be so very dry that it was almost like beef jerky. Then not only that, I ordered a large Mac andCheese which I didn't receive. So basically I spent $33 bucks for a whole lot of bad food. I hope they can get theirrestaurant back up to a reliable business soon. Read more
It says the drive thru close at 10:30 but yet when I went they say they close at 8-9. Convinced they close at 10:30 but don?t... wann take orders anymore so they say they?re closed . y?all need to update y?all closing & opening times, wasted gas coming wayover here just for them to be closed at 10!
