The employees were working very hard during our visit. Technician actively checking games, attendant helping customers and... cleaning tables. It was $17 for an hour unlimited play (Wednesday), which I think is reasonable. My only complaint is the sodamachines can use a good warm scrub because it had a lot of syrup slash around. Read more

We had a fun time. The kids loved it. We wish it was like the old chuck e cheese with the playground. You have to spend lots of... money to play in there and the little ones are not interested in video games. The did have a wide variety of games to choosefrom and 90% of them were operating. My kids love this place, they always have fun. But I remember I have always like this restaurant chain because it's security... with kids, at the entrance they used to "mark" the family and at the exit they used to check the mark assuring the kids will gowith the right family. For the area its absolutely disappointing. We went on a Thursday at around 3pm they told us when we got there that they weren?t... serving drinks or food. We got a fun card and more than 50% of the games were broken. All the picture machines were out ofservice. My daughter tried so hard to win a ball on the claw machine, the claw never dropped her ball in the prize hole. Nobodywas there at the prize counter. Just a waste of money and time. My 2 yr old loves the place. So, I take him knowing the machines needs some tending to. I've been to this location twice. The... staff are cool. Never had any issues there. But, please keep the machines up to par. That's the establishment's bread andbutter. It's frustrating when I have to constantly swipe my card more than once to get the ride/ game going, and sometimes itworks and other times it doesn't. Read more

I went this afternoon and I had a horrible experience. My kids were not allowed to bring there own personal water sip cups... filled with WATER because of cross contamination is what I was told. I spent over 100 and my 2 yo who spills water with regularcups wasn't allowed to have a sip cup. I have never been to a restaurant or a so called child friendly place where that was anissue. I will not be returning to this location. I had a better experience at the one on West Lake mead near the 95. I will goback to that one. Shaking my head CEC employees and management. Read more
