We want to give a shout out to the staff working last night. We celebrated our fathers 80th birthday with the grandkids on 8/16... and the customer service was amazing. We were a walk in B-day party of 10, the young lady working at the front counter helped usfigure out the best deals for food and games for our group and informed us about the app which we downloaded and used. She wasextremely helpful and had a smile on the whole time. Our food came out promptly, the gentleman running the prize counter wasawesome with the kids and Chucky came over for pictures and a few laughs.The establishment was kept clean including therestrooms ????Thank you for helping make my Dad's bday memorable!!! Some broken games and some tables are broken on the back rest. Need some improvement saw they had grand re-opening and honestly... this place needs more work.. This place needs another re-opening, with more adjustments making sure the games function wellbefore being open to the public. Read more
It's Chuck E Cheese, what else has to be said? The food's decent but really overpriced. Follow the bar always looks clean and... fresh for $11. The games are fun for kids and adults. Not a shame that I like playing many of them myself. Really you go foryour children. The stamps in and out are great and really help you feel safe that your kids play and have fun and roam a little.
