I NEVER post reviews but I absolutely have to on this eastern Chuck E. Cheese. I have no complaints except the fact that they... let me walk out with nobody checking the stamps on me and my two kids. Let?s be real , child abduction is a real thing , I?vealways appreciated Chuck E. Cheese stamping me and my kids and verifying they belong to me while leaving. I went their lastnight, I was stamped along with my kids , this was around 8pm. While leaving, there was NO staff at the entrance/exit. Iwaited to see if anyone would come to check our stamps and make sure the kids were leaving with the right person. NOBODYchecked. They let us walk out. I?m just concerned safety wise because staff was literally letting anyone exit withoutchecking. Read more
It's tough finding good employees I suppose. 3 out of the 4 employees were very nice but it just takes one grumpy employee to... ruin an experience. Perhaps that one should have called out instead of banging all the chairs on the tables and vacuuming rightby our party. Read more

Kids enjoyed themselves ! Machines worked, they provided A/C everything was in great condition ! Definitely came back the week... after and it was twice as much fun for us. Read more
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. The areas are clean as were the games. The only reason this is not a five star... is because several games were not working or not properly maintained. Read more
Great experience clean and decent amount of games and machines. Staff was friendly the day we went they seemed a littlshirt on... staffing we waiting about 6 minutes before being helped at the entrance. Read more
Everything was okay, pizza was good and my kids had a good time playing the games. Only issue was the lady at the counter, she... was in an all black and uniform different from the others so I assume a manager or supervisor of some sort. She had the absoluteworst attitude and customer service skills...she dismissed herself twice while i was trying to order without apology just "holdon real quick". I am an assistant gm locally and have 16 and 17 year old employees with better work ethic and less attitudethan that...seems like she doesn't like her job. ??????????? Read more
