Going to have to agree with some of the other reviews. Go to another chipotles. I want to be fair because I did work at... chipotles once and I have to say its definitely harder than most fast food chains.... Maybe its a new and inexperienced crewwhich is forgivable. BUT 1. They have been out of black tea on multiple occasions. And sometimes they just mix black tea withone of the floral teas, maybe they forgot to clean the urn/pot out when making tea or were just low and THOUGHT people wouldn'tnotice a difference, but we definitely did. 2. You have to put lime on the tacos as well as the nachos 3. The rice is verywet 4. The steak is not marinated long enough and the fat is not cut off, end up with very many chewy/inedible pieces. This place is going downhill fast. Out of sofritas at 7:00pm. Slopping crusty queso into the container spilling it down the... sides. Generally dirty, not clean or organized. Staff - very meh. Empty tables not wiped down. Definitely feels like a victim ofpost-covid economy mediocre blahs. Next time: pass. Chipotle is better than this. Go to a different location. Read more

Sad to say, Chipotle has been on the decline. Last time the guacamole was subpar. This time the Chips had no flavor. I remember... when they had the best salt covered, citrus flavored crispy Chips and we would HAVE to get chips & guac. I can't remember whenthe last time we had those "must haves." Unfortunately they have become inconsistent in their food quality. We got carnitasburritos on this trip and we fortunately got food flavor in those. Moist, juicy carnitas always puts a good taste in yourmouth. Service was nice and friendly. We hope Chipotle gets back to consistently. Read more

I go to chipotle everyday due to my job being flexible in doing so. This is by far my favorite location I've been too. The... service is top notch and I've never had a problem with my order. This will be my go to chipotle. Thank you so much for caringabout your customers and having everything fresh. Ive had a lot of problems in the past where I never get enough rice, corn orbeans.
