Ordered delivery. Never received the chips and the guacamole was not mashed it was just a couple of big lumps. To make matters... worse they charged my card 3 times. I won't be ordering from there anymore. Extremely disappointed! Read more
I don't know what's going on but this is the SECOND chipotle where I order a regular CHICKEN burrito & I get charged extra for... it being Pollo asado when I know it is not. Is this some sort of scam? Been enjoying chipotle since 2006 but I don't know now. Read more

One-tenth of a star maybe, ordered two bowls to go. The server started scrapping the bottom of the rice container as if to... create a miracle of abundance, I suggested that I did not want the dried dregs of rice frantically scraped from the bottom of asteel container. Oh! I'll go get some from the back. He returned with the same bowls with rice in it. I said no: I don't thinkso; I did not see where that rice came from, bring the rice and then serve it, I waited for the rice to come out, it was placedin its steam slot and served two bowls as per orders. Drive home sit to eat only to find that the "rice" itself was mostlycrunchy and raw. I call to speak to the manager who at this point did not know of the rice problem after 30-40 mins after. Ireturned to the store demanding to speak to said manager and was treated as if I was rude for the displeasure. You're being rudeand I don't have to put up with it. Rude: is leaving the store with food purchased that one cannot consume. Rude: is having todrive back at current gas prices to correct someone's stupidity and careless actions. Rude: is being told your rude, while yourmoney is returned in full along with tip from the jar. Rude: is not thanking the customer for informing management that theirfood is raw. A new line cook was one excuse, as I suggested the manager is responsible for not properly training said employee;in any case, I had to pay the price for being told not to return. Chipotle's website does not allow for any comments orconcerns; your only recourse is the independent franchise store serving raw food by improperly trained employees or bottom ofthe barrel hiring tactics. Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal - the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast... and friendly service with precision in the food handling makes for a nice burrito or a bowl. It's also nice they display thecalories of all the food and even on the soda machine! Their meals are decently priced and are large in portions, very tasty andfresh. So delicious. Very nice and clean restaurant with inviting atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!!! Read more
Okay when I go in person to get chipotle the serving sizes are great. The only time I order online and I literally bought a... burrito bowl with barely anything. It's like they put half scoops of what I wanted into the bowl. Y'all need to stop playing.Chipotle has been my favorite for years. But the portion sizes, I got cheese on one side, barely any veggies, little rice andmaybe less than a scoop of chicken. I didn't put half and half on my order. I placed an online order and it said that it would be ready by 4:00PM. When I arrived, they didn?t start working on it until 10... minutes after. However, they kept stalling. The guys were great trying to keep up since there was a line. There was a girlthere, blonde, that was always on her phone and constantly trying to make conversation with one of the guys as he was making anorder for a costumer about secret santa. Okay, to be honest I really don?t complain unless it?s really irritating me. But Iasked her twice if my order is complete and she said that she would have someone do it soon. I don?t know if she was in trainingbut the communication wasn?t very transparent and all she kept talking about was secret Santa to her guy co worker. THATCONVERSATION CAN WAIT. My order was finally completed by 431PM. I get it. They?re young. It?s probably there first job. Butplease be considerate of peoples times.
