staff is absolutely awful and one girl had a bad attitude problem . i needed to use the restroom my stomach hurt so bad the... door was unlocked so i walked in was not aware it wasnt open the store opened in 3 -4 minutes i guess i was greeted withattitude by a girl telling me i need to leave asap we open in 4 minutes i pleaded telling her i really needed to go . iveworked in a restaurant letting a customer in a just a couple minutes early because they have to use the restroom ahould havenever been a problem it shows your care about your customers which you obviously dont . i was then asked what i wanted told theperson making my bowl she said okay like she knew what to do and understood what i wanted she didnt put all the ingredients iwanted and just closed the bowl up trying to get me out of the store. i come every friday and i will now go out of my way tonot go there and eat somewhere else Read more

The food was great but the staff was awful. When we walked in the entire staff was cleaning. We waited several minutes and... started to walk out before anyone finally went to the food prep area. No one could explain how the Chipotle app worked, the softdrink machine worked but wouldn't turn off so it just spewed out Sprite for about 3 or 4 minutes. The cashier spoke so low shecould barely be heard. We had to ask her several times to repeat herself.The printer was practically out of ink so the receiptcouldn't be read. Lol I have a homeless man a dollar outside of the store when I came in the female whom was Hispanic was very rude didn?t want to... wait on me and I had come from work and I was hot and she was asking about me being hot but very rude?these kids working todayhave no 0% customer service. No respect and she was upset I asked if she could roll my burrito ???? lol God bless this worldbecause things could?ve turned ratchet but I?ll be reporting that. $3.00 for a small coke bottle.???? I haven?t been to chipotle in a while. Well I realize why! Y?all cutting me short! My chicken... bowl barley had any chicken. Like $9.40 for lettuce and rice and beans and some veggies. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would haveordered a veggie bowl!!! Any who not happy with the quantity!
