I placed a very large (over $200) order for everyone at my office. I notified them of the order the day before. I let them know... I would be there first thing after they opened. I anticipated a possible wait because of the time. When I arrived to pick up.Everything was ready and neatly packed in a large box ready to go. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. I was given the opportunity to be served with the best customer service by Mateo (?) And not only enjoyed the food that was... freshly prepared for my but I enjoyed the experience coming to a wonderful family-friendly establishment. I was greeted walkingin the door and given a "Take care" as I left. The workers here should be used as a model for all other restaurants. Thank you:) Read more

The food is really old and dirty area where the food is. The guac looked days old and the salsa was in chunks. I only got the... guacamole because I wanted some and will be removing all the old chunks. Read more

If you havent been here it is essentially build your own burrito or rice bowl. Good variety to choose from. Food was good and... the staff was great. Staff was working hard but it seemed like they were under staffed. Line got pretty long. Read more

This review is for the Management staff at this Location. Last night my fiancée and I stopped to get some food. We were in line... and Noticed that the store seemed short staffed. Which is totally understandable. We were in no rush. They were working hard.The lady helping us was super sweet and awesome. She was the only one running the food line. Then out of nowhere, A girl, whomI?m assuming was supervisor, belittles the girl and rest of the staff because they missed a lady who had mobile pickup. The ladydid not mention she was there and did not wait longer than 3 minutes. The morale of the staff dropped immediately and I couldnot help but feel bad for them. I understand mistakes happen. But you do not address them in-front of customers. Her tone alsowas not very nice. My heart goes out to those who had to work last night as it seems the supervisor was just barking orders.These workers are people too. Treat them as such. Read more

First time at this location. Food was good, seemed pretty fresh and good portions. My mom was happy. I got her a burrito bowl.... My only comment on improvement would be in relation to acknowledging guests. There was only one person at the counter and shestepped away to take care of something in the store right as the next person in line came to the front of the line with heryoung child. The employee took a while to finish up and was in our line of sight behind the counter. At no point did she look upand greet or acknowledge the next customer in line or the rest of us to indicate she was aware of our presence. Once she we gotto the front again and put her gloves on she looked up at us and did fine, but that?s basic customer service 101. We were allpatiently waiting though. No customer attitude from any of us on hot day when we just wanted our Chipotle. Read more

Chipotle is always one of my favorite places to go when I?m wanting something fresh, healthy, and fast. I was greeted by the... staff after walking in. The woman behind the counter smiled at me and asked me what I wanted. As usual, I got the veggie saladbowl. She really hooked me up with the extra veggies which was nice because usually when I ask other locations for extraveggies, they are always very stingy and give me only two more strips of onions as they roll their eyes at me? Not here though,she thanked me for coming in as she handed my bowl to the cashier. My food was tasty, fresh, and really hit the spot. The storewas mostly clean, there were a few tables that needed to be wiped down, but the staff looked a little busy filling and takingorders, so that?s to be expected. Second review. Its really frustrating when this location is constantly getting my order wrong or when they give me something... completely different than what I ordered. In the picture you can see the receipt shows 1 bowl and 1 salad. Yet they didn't evenmake a salad at all. The bowl in the picture that does NOT even have a shred of lettuce is the bowl that's supposed to be thesalad with no meat, no cheese and a side of SALAD dressing. I ordered a salad. A salad and they didn't even put lettuce on top!How? They gave me salad dressing too! So how did they not know salad dressing is supposed to go with salad like I triedordering?! Did they see 1 bowl and 1 salad and just decided not to make me what I ordered? First review. It was a bit chaoticat this location. I was trying to park but there were a bunch of people working for DARE who were crowding the parking lot andthe entrance. When I was trying to back into a parking spot (the only one) the guys with DARE were standing in the spot. As Iwas backing up the just moved to the curb and another guy was approaching bthem and walked behind bmr as I was trying to backinto the spot. Then he just stood behind my vehicle when I was already halfway hacked in. He clearly wasn't going to move so Ihad to find somewhere else to park! They were crowding the entrance and acting roudy so it was awkward walking past them. When Iwas inside there was a huge family dining bin and they were letting their baby crawl on the floor where people are trying topick up online orders. There doesn't seem to be standards here.
