Ordered 3 crispy tacos. Received one unwrapped handful of food piled on top of a flour tortilla. I honestly don't understand... what this was supposed to be. Not the first time this location has messed up my order either. Will avoid from now on. Read more

Chipotle please cut your losses and close this store. Orders are always wrong or woefully prepared...I took three bites of my... burrito and the whole thing blew out. The store up north is world's better than this one. Idk why the app always puts mydelivery orders for this store but it sucks. My entire Chipotle experience has been soured by this one store. Stay away and justgo the the one further up Ft. Apache. It's so much better and I've never had a single incorrect order from there. This one hasbeen problematic time and time again. Read more

Got a burrito bowl. Would be more stars if Chipotle provided burrito bowl containers that didn?t leak like your Mom?s bladder... after she laughs. Seriously, how cheap do you have to be as a corp to provide those types of burrito bowl containers. Thanks alot Chipotle said no one ever. Read more

Whoever trains this staff needs to be fired. They should replace the entire staff. I've came here numerous times throughout the... last year and every time it's a trash experience. The workers are incredibly rude. I say please and thank you and everytime Iget treated with disrespect. Today the cashier literally grabbed my bag and slid it in front of me aggressively after I paid.She asked if I wanted Chips or drinks and I said no thanks. That's the only verbal communication we had. Disrespectful. I saythank you to the workers preparing my food and they just ignore me and look at the next customer everytime. No response.Nothing. Just a go move it along. This is not the experience at other chipotles. Let's not forget about the fact that if youorder delivery here they skimp you on everything giving half orders. Fun. Read more

We love Chipotle food and service, but I can't say the same about this location at the corner of Ft. Apache and Tropicana. Our... order was incomplete and the service was on the scale from 1 to 5 about 1.5. Don't think we'll be stopping by this locationanymore. Read more

The Chipotle workers at this location always seem to be going through the motions. I understand dealing with certain people can... be draining that's not excuse for their attitudes. They always give small portions of meat, literally a spoonful or less thanthe spoonful. I always have a ton of hot sauce, sour cream and lettuce on my bowls... yet barely any meat. I'm sure thedemographic that goes to this location is an entitled demographic, during COVID restrictions I can't tell you how many peoplewere super rude to the workers when asked to wear their masks. Respectively, everyone has a choice of whether or not they wantto wear a mask so I don't care what their choice is. However, when it's not up to the employees, it's federal mandate it'smessed up to argue with people that are just trying to do their job. I felt bad for the workers and could see them holding backtears. This location needs some TLC, probably a better manager and I really hope Chipotle pays them fair wages, fair wage equalshappier workers willing to put in the effort. For now this location is a Debby downer, lacks quality and service. Read more

This is the location by my house, so I'm usually stuck coming here when I need a Chipotle fix, and as a former employee of the... company, I'm always really disappointed with either the food, the service, or the store, and sometimes all of the above atonce. For today, the food was very good and prepared with great care by the crew member. She made sure to really draineverything as I asked so my tacos didn't sog out. The downsides were that they had a cashier who tried to charge me 3x for quesoand 3x for guacamole because I had 3 tacos... She clearly hadn't been trained that an order of tacos is 3 and that extra shouldhe charged 1x for the whole order, not 3x per piece. I wasn't offered a tray and she put her fingers inside my cup. So there's afew things at cash wrap that need to be handled. Additionally, I bought a small drink only to find the drink station totallybroken down with little available, a huge mess, a ladder in my way, and the utensils and Napkins in disarray. I had to go backand ask for a bottled beverage to make up for it because what I wanted on fountain was all broken down and unavailable. Itremained that way the entire 30 mins I was inside eating. This store lacks quality and qualified leadership and management. Iworked at Decatur & Sahara, and that store is ran TIGHT. The manager is out greeting and assisting on the floor constantly, andpicks up the slack when crew falls behind. None of that happens at this store. I couldn't tell you who a manager or crew leaderis. The night shift at this store is usually very rude, so it was nice to have friendly crew making my food at lunchtoday. Corporate needs to come in and help this store. Read more

This is one of the nicer Chipotles for sure, everyone is nice, portions are nice (almost too generous). I don?t know what it is... but my boyfriend seems to win the lottery with finding the avocado pits in his guacamole. Certainly not cool. Last time he wentin was two years ago and I finally convinced him to go back tonight and we get another avocado pit in our guac. Lost anothercustomer tonight. Read more
