I visited the location at 7175 Lake Mead in Las Vegas, Nevada. The restaurant is always busy, and there's always only about 2... people working, so this time I decided to order online, and pick it up! The owner (Maria) is very rude, and lacks CustomerService skills! I placed an order online, and they provided the wrong order, when it was picked up. I had to travel back to thestore, and Maria refused to re make my order, or refund me! She was very "defensive" and she told me to go online, and file acomplaint (she didn't care that I had to travel back to the store) she didn't even offer an apology for my inconvenience! Inaddition, I did not see Maria throw the item away, that I returned; instead, she took it with her to the back, as she arguedwith me. I would not be surprised if she re sold the item that I returned. I will never return to that store! Read more

Could/should be 4 or 5 stars. The food is always good. But, there's always only 2-4 people working at a time, which causes a... line to go to the door during busy hours, people aren't trained to do more than 1 thing. Even when there is only 3 people, theperson on the register will stay there and wait for the 1 person on the line to do everything themselves. And since the 1 personon the line is stressing over getting everyone out, they don't care about making a mess serving the food and there's sauce,rice, beans, etc, everywhere! Nothing wrong with how the employees cope, and understandable they don't have time to cleaneverything. But management should consider hiring more people or at least up their game on the people they do hire to get theones that show up all the time some help. Read more

My fiance and I ordered online and picked up in store, a 7min drive total (so this review is NOT due to carry-out, it is a... genuine quality review). Ordered two double protein bowls - one chicken, one sofritas; it had, what seems, less than thetypical amount for ONE scoop. The rice is *bland*, as if there's zero salt or any seasonings on it. The beans are dry -- notlacking sauce, but genuinely dry. A lack of requested salsa significantly reduces each bowl's flavor. Beyond these complaints,each bowl received was approximately 3/4 of the amount (and that's a GENEROUS assumption, closer to 1/2) the portion size ofevery other Chipotle we've been to. Typically, we cook at home but decided to treat ourselves to a dishes-free night. What amistake that was. We've made a complaint through official Chipotle brand channels as well.
