I don?t even know why this place is even open. They litteraly have one worker there taking all the orders. The line is to the... door cause there?s only one person. The tables are filthy and gross. I arrived at the Decatur and 215 Chipotle around 6:30pm to pick up dinner. There was one staff on the line and they were... running out of just about everything. I wantd barbacoa and was told what they had could probably make one burrito bowl. Theworker checked with other staff who were on the call ahead line and stated that's all the barbacoa. No one was cooking orpreparing anything. So, I ordered the the chicken burrito bowl. I had to ask the cashier to wipe off the tops of my containers. The rice was undercooked and the smattering of chicken was full of fat. . We ended up throwing the food away. It was a totalwaste of $18 and some change for two bowls. The restaurant could not make this right they were out of food and food seemedill-prepared. We'll take the loss. This location is terrible from their staff to cleanliness. I went here for lunch and I should turned away once I walked in the... door, when I saw how dirty the tables were. They were out of everything salsa, guacamole and fajitas when I asked how long forit to be restocked she, ?idk maybe 10 or 30 min? shrugged her shoulders. Then another girl comes by and says oh no we won?t bemaking anymore for right now. Like how are you not making more salsa, guacamole or fajitas at 1pm. They don't even make their food correctly, I've been to other States and had Chipotle their and California, and in Georgia... States they made it Wonderfully good. We don't have enough Mexican Restaurants here in NV State. An they put hot Tabasco ????inside the meats were other states had both meats with just spices in them which was wonderful! Read more

Ordered delivery and am seriously disappointed in my ?salad? that seems to missing lettuce. This would have been way better and... filling if there was more than half a cup of lettuce. May need to train your team what a salad is. Read more

You can never go wrong with Chipotle. It doesn?t matter what State or branch you visit food are always excellent except the... chips. Sometimes they still sell them when their old and hard. But overall this is one of our fast food place to go.???????????? Read more
